Quite, cosy, with back yard for morning coffee in the sun, wifi, close to swimming pool and river beach for sitting to watch the sunset, close to shops, very friendly and accommodation team at real estate, I loved having a garage. We stayed 2 weeks and we will come back.

To be honest, the only thing I didn't like was a perfume dispenser (sweet and heavy) in the upper floor as I am allergic to smell. But all other eg cleaning material had no smell. We just removed it temporarily for the duration of our stay.

We had an amazing stay at this holiday accommodation in January! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach and within walking distance to the city with plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops. The area was quiet and felt very safe, and we really appreciated the family-friendly atmosphere. The beds were super comfy, and the shower was fantastic. We loved the outside seating area with a BBQ, which was perfect for relaxing evenings. The garage was an added bonus for parking the car. Ballina swimming, the library and the local information center is just around the corner. The WiFi at the lodge was fast and reliable, which made it easy to stay connected. The kitchen had everything we needed, and although I brought my own knife set, I noticed there was no shortage of tools for cooking. Overall, we felt very relaxed and well taken care of throughout our stay! Would definitely recommend this spot for anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and well-equipped place to stay.

While our stay was overall enjoyable, we did encounter a bit of an inconvenience with the check-in process. The real estate agency forgot to send us the email with all the important details, including the code to the key safe for the apartment, ahead of our arrival on Sunday. I wanted to pay the bond in person to make sure everything was legitimate, but I had to search through their website and make multiple calls before finally getting the code from someone at the agency. It took longer than expected and caused a bit of stress right at the start of our stay. The next day, when we went to the real estate office to pay the bond in person, I was told that the delay was my fault because I hadn’t paid the bond upfront, as apparently, others do. However, when I had asked about paying the bond in person a week earlier, I was assured that it would be totally fine. This miscommunication added a bit of frustration to an otherwise relaxing trip. Once we got everything sorted, the rest of our stay was great, but it would have been much smoother if the process had been clearer from the start.
