About this apartment rental
Apartment classified as a 3* Furnished Tourist Accommodation. All comfort - Air conditioning and Wi-Fi available. Complete renovation completed in spring 2017: - Electricity and plumbing to current standards - Built-in kitchen (new furniture and appliances) - Bathroom with shower cubicle (1.40m x 0.80m basin) closed by a sliding glass wall. Bedroom with a large dressing room 3 m long. The apartment is spacious, very bright with a large terrace of 22 m2 decorated with plants and shrubs. South/East exposure.
It is located in a small, quiet 3-storey residence perched on the top of the typical part of the village - South Facing.
The panoramic view of the entire bay of Banyuls is exceptionally beautiful day and night.
You will also enjoy the 10 m2 outbuilding adjoining the apartment used as a cloakroom and laundry room; Facing north, it is a small living room that is very pleasant in hot weather.
You will reach the main beach and the center of the village (shops, restaurants, etc.) by the flowered stairs in less than 5 minutes on foot.
Not included in the rental price: the reception fees/inventory of fixtures: 30€, the cleaning service at the end of the stay: 70€ payable at the time of key collection and the options (closed garage/parking space (60€/week) - Sheets (12€)- Towels (12€)- payable at the delivery of the keys.

The apartment was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped to prepare a meal. It was the perfect size for the two of us. There are steps lined by beautiful flowers that take you right down to the beach, the old town, and the market. There is a little free bus that stops nearby that will take you down the hill if you get tired of climbing the steps. We really enjoyed the view of the beach from the balcony. It was fantastic! We highly recommend it and would stay here again if we are in town. Thank you, Louisette!

Very nice apparent. Super equipment in the kitchen and clean. The balcony are so good and big and with the most beautiful view over Banyuls. The location is a perfect seat in Banyuls. We highly recommend itFredrik

Par contre propriétaire pas agréable, instructions multiples…et Nouveauté : L’accueil et l’état des lieux ont été payants … C’est abusif
