Located just 2 km north of Whistler Village, this home is only a 5-minute drive or taxi ride from all the local ski lifts and the village, making it the perfect haven for your Whistler stay. Situated on the 5th Fairway of Nicklaus North, it offers wide-open, gorgeous views of Sproatt Mountain.
Tastefully designed and decorated, the home offers luxury, high-end accommodation for the discerning traveller. The kitchen features a Wolf gas range and a Sub-Zero fridge/freezer. There are 2 master bedrooms, each with a king-sized bed and a luxury en-suite bathroom, plus 3 additional en-suite bedrooms — one with a queen bed and two with a king/twin split option. A family room offers a queen-sized sofa bed and its own en-suite bathroom. A laundry and mudroom area includes a boot dryer and plenty of storage for boots and jackets.
The home is equipped with 5 flatscreen TVs and a SONOS surround sound system with speakers throughout. High-end modern furnishings are combined with a unique dining table seating 12 guests — the tabletop is crafted from reclaimed floor joists salvaged from the Boulder Saloon in Vancouver's Gastown neighbourhood, built in the early 1900s, making the wood well over 100 years old.
Additional features include a large double garage, a natural gas barbecue, outdoor seating, and a large hot tub for 8 people.
The house sits directly on the Valley Trail network, with easy access to all local hiking and biking trails. It's just a 2-minute walk to the Whistler Recreation Centre, which offers a full gym, squash facilities, public ice skating, and a pool for both children and adults. In summer, the adjacent park transforms into a small water park — a perfect setting for families.
Disclosure note: A separate owner's suite, with its own entrance outside the main property door, is occasionally used by the owner. The suite does not interfere with the use or enjoyment of the main house.
