This is a family-friendly, luxury accommodation requiring respectful behavior. All group members, except for accompanying family, must be at least 30 years old. There is no smoking. Quiet hours between 10pm and 8am are enforced. Behavior negatively impacting the neighborhood will result in fines and/or eviction.
Description
The Royal suite is the largest rental suite in Whistler village, perfect for family reunions or small corporate retreats.
The central location means everything you need is a 5-minute walk or less: gondolas, a grocery store, a liquor store, shops and restaurants.
It also boasts a rare view of both Whistler and Blackcomb’s ski runs that you can enjoy from the rooftop hot tub. Another plus is that the Royal Suite is situated above our office, so come by and book an activity or have an espresso!

Location
The Royal Suite is on Whistler Way in a commercial building above Whistler Wired Vacations and Property Management, and across the parking lot from the Whistler Convention Center. It’s in the village, so no vehicle required.
Ski Access
The Royal Suite is a 5-minute walk through the village to the base of Whistler. From there you can take the Whistler Gondola, Fitzsimmons Chairlift of the Excalibur Gondola to Blackcomb.
Added Convenience
Reserved underground parking for 3 vehicles and additional pay parking.
Complimentary concierge services. We’ll answer questions and manage the details of your Whistler trip: airport transfers, private and group ski & snowboard lessons, lift passes, equipment rentals, activities, heli-skiing, dinner reservations and pre-arrival groceries.

Bedroom 3 has an emergency exit but no window.
The rooftop patio and hot tub are accessed through the bedroom upstairs.

Great location & spacious for our family of 10, ages 5-81. Easy walk to village, gondolas, zip lines, hikes.

Some of our party had stayed in this location twice before so we knew the place was big enough, in a great location and had some great amenities (sauna, hot tub, etc). While that was true, the place hasn’t been kept up well over the years. The kitchen needs work. The drawers don’t open well at all. There was not a spice or basic cooking essential in the place. IK this isn’t required but we stay at rental places frequently and there’s always the basics. Pots and pans need updating. The beds were very comfortable and the amenities functioning well. And you really can’t beat the location. And we appreciate the linens being provided.

The Property is in a great location and very central and the management team were easy to contact and helpful. However the furniture on the balcony was only fit for firewood with broken and unstable benches and table and the air conditioning in one of the bedrooms was broken and the temporary unit sounded like an aircraft taking off. This was a shame as overall the Property was good and the small amount of money it would cost to buy some new furniture for the outdoor area, give the wooden fence a coat of paint and add a few plants would transform the hot tub/BBQ area and greatly improve the property. The staff were helpful and provided two temporary chairs we could use but after the money we paid for the property it was a bit of a let-down. Whistler itself was great and we had loads of fun, Mountain Biking around the lakes, hitting the bike park, swimming in the lakes, Bear watching tour and visiting some of the shops, bars and restaurants. Overall a great trip but could have been even better.
