Goertz und Partner presents for rent a superb apartment located in Empuriabrava, directly on the seafront, within the Blaucel building. The "Gran Reserva" residential complex enjoys a privileged setting and an exceptional location, with beautiful interior walkways, flower gardens, and several swimming pools surrounded by lush lawns (access to the pools is sold separately by the condominium association and is not included in the rental price).
Upon entering the apartment, to your right, you will find a modern bathroom with a shower. To the left is the first bedroom, furnished with two single beds (90 x 190 cm), opening onto a small interior courtyard where the washing machine is located. Continuing on, you enter a bright living room with a dining area and an open-plan kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The air-conditioned living room opens onto a terrace with stunning sea views and a second en suite bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190 cm) and an adjoining bathroom with a bathtub.
For your convenience, a parking space in the building's underground garage is included in the rental (please note: this is a SMALL PARKING SPACE; the agency accepts no responsibility if your vehicle does not fit!).
Bed linen and towels are not provided, but can be rented upon request for €25 per person.
