Recent luxury villa not overlooked, with open garage, fenced plot with gate including inground swimming pool, heated by a heat pump and a secure sliding shelter (key lock).

It is a beautiful island. Perfect for a relaxing stay and the atlantic ocean and the beaches are great. The modern house fits perfect to this. It is located calm but is near enough for the boulangerie and groceries. The (heated!) pool of the house is great even for chilly days (like this time). The children did not want to get out of it.
The house is equipped with everything you need and all is very new and clean. We will visit the Ile d´Oleron again.
