Villa Ørion is located in Dolus d'Oléron, a village in the center of the island. With a surface area of 83 m², it offers every comfort and is classified as a 3-star furnished tourist accommodation for 8 people, including a maximum of 6 adults. You can enjoy the pergola on the terrace or the shade of the large pine tree or fig tree while gazing at the starry sky.
Ground floor: 1 bedroom, 140 cm bed, large living room, toilet, bathroom, enclosed garden with trees, free parking, wooden playhouse for children, barbecue, adjoining garage for storing bicycles, etc.
First floor: 3 bedrooms (2 with 140 cm beds, 1 with 2 90 cm beds), shower room with toilet. All bedrooms equipped with mosquito nets.
Large, bright living room opening onto a large terrace with a bioclimatic pergola in a fully enclosed garden with trees. 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms, two toilets. Mobalpa kitchen, free fiber internet, flat-screen TV (Canal+, OCS, Cinema, children's channels, etc.), DVD player, hard disk recorder.

Cleaning adapted to health regulations. Before each stay, the house is cleaned and disinfected: rooms are aired throughout the cleaning process, all household linen is cleaned according to health recommendations (over 60°C), and bedding is lined with protective covers that are washed after each stay.

For your comfort: maximum of 8 occupants including 6 adults, we do not accept additional guests. Children under 2 years old are not counted as additional guests.
No parties or noisy evenings. A deposit of €105 will be requested upon arrival (check not cashed during the stay) by the concierge service, which provides reception and cleaning services at the end of your stay, in case of particularly dirty accommodation or failure to remove household waste at the end of your stay. This lump sum will be refunded at the end of your stay after inspection when the keys are returned.
