The property manager was very helpful.

The villa was great! Much room for improvement. The guest bedroom fan was broken. A lightbulb was burned out in the dining room. There was a chair missing for the dining room table. There were ants in the kitchen. We had to buy ant traps even though we reported this, nothing was done. The internet did not work. We had work and needed the internet. A drawer from the refrigerator was broken.All of this was reported to the main office.

The Villa was comfortable, clean, well equiped for our family of 6. The beach was incredible, white sand , warm water, all we could dream of. Definetely coming back.

The first night we got there we had some trouble with the air conditioner and the property management was fast and efficient putting us in another villa. They are kind and very nice. Within the next day and a half we were able to go back to the original place and we loved it. The location is great and the beach is very close and beautiful. We understand sometimes life gets in the way but it all about how you handle it and the property management team was great. The communication was 10/10. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay close to the beach. The location is in walking distance to the restaurants. We will be back.
