Whoever dreamed of spending a beautiful vacation in one of the best neighborhoods in Paris in such a peaceful and enchanting place? Located in a so cute French courtyard and completely redone with great care and style, this one bedroom - one bathroom apartment (57 square meters - 613 square feet) will meet your every expectation: chic and quiet, modern and stylish. Just a few minutes walk from the heart of the amazing Saint-Germain des Prés, this flat is perfect for a couple or a couple with child.
• A Delightful Parisian Apartment: On this quaint narrow street in the heart of the Saint Germain arts district, set back on a typical Parisian courtyard, this tranquil and secluded first floor apartment oozes charm. With polished wooden floors and four big windows overlooking the courtyard, the apartment is gently lit and has a soft and inviting ambiance. The living room has an attractive ornamental fireplace, a generous and comfortable sofa which folds down to make a double bed, elegant table and chairs for up to 4 people, and a flat screen wall-mounted television. The fully equipped modern kitchen with glossy handmade black tiles and modern stainless steel appliances has a window opening onto the inner light well, and is separated from the living room by a high bar.
The light bedroom in restful blue and white is beautifully decorated with ample space for the king bed. From the bedroom walk through into your separate dressing room with floor to ceiling hanging and storage for your clothes, shoes and suitcases.
In the luxurious all limestone bathroom, relax in the bath alongside the full width stained glass window. There is also a large separate shower with rain shower head, porcelain hand basin with elegant faucets and a full washing machine and dryer hidden behind custom made cabinets. We supply fluffy towels, bathrobes, liquid soap and a hair dryer in the bathroom. The toilet is located off the entrance hall.
The apartment is equipped with a flat screen TV with cable, DVD player, laptop with WiFi and a phone for local and international calls. To ensure your comfort, the apartment also has central heating and air conditioning for the summer.
In a truly exceptional location between the Saint-Germain-des-Prés church, famous cafes and the river Seine, this apartment is the ideal base for exploring all of Paris. This completely newly renovated apartment has been furnished and decorated with care and offers you the feeling of an intimate oasis in the heart of the bustling left bank.
• What We Offer Our Guests: We will be at hand to meet and settle you into the apartment, answer questions and help out in any way we can. We can make restaurant, theater and activity reservations and recommendations. As we live in Paris we will happily share our knowledge, insight and experience with our guests.
The rental price is all inclusive, including fresh flowers, French wine and croissants upon arrival, a computer with high-speed Internet access, all electricity and heating charges, sheets, bathrobes, towels, liquid soap and staples in the kitchen (salt, pepper , bottled water, coffee, tea, sugar and more).

We just spent 10 days here and it was perfect in every way. All the amenities we needed, quite, fabulous location. Several Metro stations are within easy walking distance and the neighbourhood is worth exploring. There are dozens and dozens and dozens of great restaurants in the vicinity. On each of the 10 days we were there, we walked more than 10,000 steps each day, and one day we even walked 21,000 steps. If you get a chance, stay here.

The apartment was spacious, clean and has a great location. The neighborhood has lots of restaurants and shops. Easy walk to the Louvre and the river.

The apartment was cozy and comfortable. Hosts sent lots of helpful information about the area (left bank, St. Germaine region). Many excellent cafes and restaurants close by. Close to the Louvre and Tuileries Gardens and a 2 mile walk to the Eiffel Tower. 😁

Loved the apt! Amazing location! Close to everything and easily walkable. St germain is a great location to visit Paris. So many great restaurant, shopping, vibrant vibe. Apt was quiet despite the location. Marie was so nice and an excellent greeter
