About this villa rental
In a secluded and enchanting setting, pretty seaside villa with all comforts in a large wooded property, feet in the water. Totally independent and far from the owners' house, it is ideal for 4 to 5 people. You will find calm and serenity, with a spectacular view overlooking the coast and the open sea, both through the large bay windows of the living room and the windows of the bedrooms, and on the terraces where you can relax, take your meals ... Through the wooded grounds that plunge down to the sea, a charming private path will take you directly to the coves and the rocky coast, which you can enjoy in complete tranquillity, as there is no public access or coastal path. The seabed is very beautiful and varied. The water is crystal clear, varying from blue to turquoise depending on the time of day and the light. With a bit of luck, dolphins can be seen.
The very pretty fine sandy beaches of Fautéa are very close, overhung by the emblematic Genoese tower and a little further on, in a few minutes walk, you can reach the immense beach of Lavu Santu where you can find large areas with little traffic.
At nightfall, you can admire moonlight and sumptuous starry skies.

The configuration of the site and the accesses to the sea lead us not to accept children under 4 years old, nor pets because the property is not fenced all around.

Nous avons passé 8 jours exceptionnels dans un cadre merveilleux. La vue est époustouflante de toutes les fenêtres de la maison. Nous avions l'impression sur la terrasse en bois devant la maison d'être sur le pont d'un bateau !!! Nous avions la méditerrannée à perte de vue. Nos enfants n'en revenaient pas d'avoir accès à une plage privée. Ils ne voulaient pas aller sur les autres (superbes) plages environnantes. La maison est très bien équipée, très pratique pour une famille de 6 personnes, très bien entretenue, et très bien décorée. Le salon est très agréable, les 2 chambres sont spacieuses, et bien meublées, les 2 salles de bain très partiques. A Sainte-Lucie-de-Portovecchio, nous avons trouvé d'excellents commerce (supermarché, boucherie, boulangerie, fruits et légumes frais, pharmacie, bureau de tabac, café), et nous avons pu louer des livres gratuitement à la bibliothéque municipale très bien fournie. La région est superbe, entre plage et montagne. Nous avons pu visiter Poto-Vecchio, ainsi que Bonifaccio, et nous baigner dans les torrents de montagne. Et l'accueil, par les propriétaire est lui aussi exceptionnel de gentillesse, de disponibilité, d'écoute. Nous avons pu nous réposer, nous détendre, et passer de très bons moments en famille. Et nous aimerions beaucoup pouvoir revenir l'année prochaine.
