- Bedroom 1: Trundle bed - 2 mattresses - 90*190
- Bedroom 2: Double bed 140*200
- Bedroom 3: Queen Size Bed 160 * 200 with sea view.
- A shower room with double sinks.
- An independent toilet
- A laundry room with washing machine and dryer
OUTDOOR
A large terrace with jacuzzi, dining table for 6, barbecue, sunbathing and large shade sail to protect from the sun.
Outdoor shower.
Exceptional sea and beach view.
For information, outdoor security cameras are present on the property. One overlooking the field, one overlooking the terrace and another on the parking lot. They are strictly deactivated for the entire duration of the stays and do not in any way affect the privacy of the tenants and their tranquility.

The location and facilities of the villa are truly excellent: the big private balcony with great seaview and outdoor facilities like beds, chairs, tables, shadow sails, parasols, shower and jacuzzi is a big plus. Inside, everything is available you can wish for: a very extensive kitchen utensils set and kitchen machines. The airco that can be used per room is also very handy and convenient.We, a family with 2 teenagers, had a perfect time in the villa!
