Great views and pool. Forniture a bit classic.

La villa est située dans un lotissement cossu et très calme.
La maison est spacieuse et correctement équipée. Cependant, elle n'est pas suffisamment entretenue et beaucoup de choses sont cassées ou vétustes (volets, moustiquaires, menuiseries et vitres de certaines fenêtres, électroménager, literies...).
Le plombier a du intervenir, mais le propriétaire a été trés réactif.
La terrasse et la piscine sont les 2 points forts de la maison, avec des vues magnifiques sur la mer et la belle végétation du jardin.
Moraira est une station balnéaire familiale et très agréable, sans rapport avec Calpe.

Très bonne situation, magnifique vue sur la mer, très belle villa, pas d'air conditionnée mais l'air est frais car la mer n'est pas loin, propriétaire très réactif et très professionnel, je recommande sans hésitation !
