Pascale, the owner was very nice and accommodating. She was happy for us to arrive late and leave early. The house was extremely clean and well furnished. The decor is charming and feels like a home, rather than a holiday-let The layout is slightly odd - the kitchen is the only downstairs room and there are three bedrooms, a bathroom and a sitting room with dining table upstairs. There is a covered outside table just outside the kitchen door, so if the weather is good, it would be lovely to eat outside but we only had breakfast there, early on a cold morning, so had to take it all upstairs to eat and take it all downstairs again to clear it away. Not a huge problem but something to be aware of. The first bedroom is a double but a small one. Two of my children shared and it was fine but would be a squeeze for two adults. There was one nasty surprise - it became apparent that we were expected to clean the property before we left and if we did not have time to do that, we would have to pay 30 Euros. This wasn't mentioned anywhere on the listing as far as I could see. It might be that it is expected in France but it was a surprise to us and is not a relaxing way to end a holiday. Having said that, it was really a very nice place and Pascale was charming. I would recommend.

Petit break de 2 jours dans cet Havre de paix, face aux 3 biquettes qui ont fait sensation auprès des 4 enfants tout comme les parents. Préau idéal lors du mauvais temps permettant ainsi de prendre les repas et profiter de l'extérieur. Pascale est d'une grande gentillesse, toujours serviable. Une chose est sûre on y retournera

Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de notre séjour dans ce gîte à la décoration soignée, très bien équipé et très propre, la propriétaire est très sympathique et très à l'écoute et le linge de maison fourni est un vrai plus ! Et la literie est de très bonne qualité. Le grand jardin, éloigné de la route par un chemin privatif, a fait le bonheur de notre chienne qui a pu gambader tout à son aise et en toute liberté. La proximité de Morlaix tout en étant au calme permet de se reposer et de bénéficier des nombreux commerces et services de la ville. La région est magnifique et offre de nombreuses possibilités de promenades et d'activités, notamment sur la côte facilement et rapidement accessible. Bref, un gîte à recommander !

on a très apprécié tout ce confort ... maison soigné, propre, tout correspondait au descriptif. j ai déjà donné les coordonnées à un proche. la propriétaire est super sympathique. bonne communication. si on envisage de retourner en Bretagne, on repassera par vous. Excellent séjour. Gîte charmant, à la déco soignée et spacieux, ce qui est un vrai + quand on est 5. On a profité du calme pour faire une véritable cure de sommeil et le gîte reste proche de toutes les visites à faire dans la région. Les enfants ont particulièrement apprécié le portique, les chèvres et la quiétude. Un vrai bonheur aussi que d’arriver et les lits sont déjà faits, le linge de maison fourni gracieusement et en quantité. Merci merci de toutes ces petites attentions.

Un gîte avec beaucoup de charmes

Le gîte correspond très exactement à la description du site avec toutes les commodités (lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, sèche-linge, fer à repasser, four, micro-ondes, barbecue, internet,...et la fourniture du linge de maison : draps,serviettes,torchons) ce qui nous a permis de voyager léger. Le gîte est très propre et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Le cadre est enchanteresque et éloigné de toute route par une voie d'accès privative de 500m ce qui nous a permis de laisser gambader notre chien en toute liberté et de profiter du calme de la fôret à chaque instant. La voiture est à mon sens indispensable pour pouvoir profiter au mieux des charmes des monts d'Arrée et du bord de mer quoique les bois et la voie verte à proximité permettent des balades très agréables. A 2 km vous trouverez tout le nécessaire (pain, petit carrefour, distributeur, pharmacie,...). Les espaces entre locataires et propriétaires sont suffisamment distincts pour ne pas occasionner de gêne mutuelle, tout en laissant place à des échanges agréables et chaleureux. 5 étoiles qui sont donc justifiées au regard de la prestation proposée. Fait partie de mes favoris car j'envisage d'y retourner ce qui à mon sens reste un excellent indicateur en terme de satisfaction.

Endroit très sympathique. Tout en étant attenant à la maison des propriétaires, on se sent bien chez soi, tout à fait à l'écart de la route. Quand les propriétaires étaient présents (et leur fils aussi), les contacts ont été très chaleureux, également envers les enfants. La déco est très chouette, l'endroit propre et bien tenu. Petit bémol dans la cuisine qui manque d'espaces pour ranger les vivres achetées sur place. Les chèvres nous ont bien amusé et donnent un bel aspect champêtre. Il y a un chouette coin barbecue et possibilité de manger à l'extérieur. La ville de Morlaix, toute proche, permet de belles ballades et visites. Il y a pas mal d'activités possibles dans les environs. Le temps a été très bien. Le gîte est à moins d'une demi heure de plusieurs plages et coins côtiers.

acceuil chaleureux de la propriétaire. Gite propre, bien entretenu, dans un cadre très agréable et surtout au calme, tout en étant proche de toutes les commodités de la vie(commerce, médecins etc, etc...).Un plus non négligeable pour cette location, le prèt gratuit de tout le linge de maison. Pour ceux qui ont des enfants, il y a de l'espace pour qu'ils s'amusent dehors sans danger. Je recommande ce gite à toute presonne voulant passer un séjour agréable et tranquille.
