About this house rental
The Cocoonr agency is offering this charming little cottage in Morlaix for rent. It measures 60 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests.
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 35 m² living room with a TV, a double sofa bed and a dining area
- An open-plan fitted kitchen, including: an electric kettle, an oven, a toaster, a dishwasher, hobs, etc.
- A bedroom with a double bed (140x190), adjoining a large shower room with a toilet
- A separate toilet
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: washing machine, fan, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
- A lovely, enclosed and private 200 m² garden, facing north-east, with outdoor furniture to enjoy the sunny days
Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included – we’re just waiting for you!
The house is ideally situated in Morlaix, in a very pleasant and quiet neighbourhood. Just a 5-minute drive away, you’ll find all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market...

- Morlaix: explore the town, its narrow streets, half-timbered houses, the harbour, the Grain de Sail chocolate shop, and go for walks around the bay or along the river
- Visit Locquénolé and its church, 10 km away
- Carantec, its castle and numerous beaches (including Kélenn beach), 23 km away
- Saint-Pol-de-Léon, 25 km away
- Roscoff, 32 km away
- Locquirec, 20 km away
- Brest, 63 km away
- Numerous walks in the Monts d’Arrée, 28 km away
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free 100 metres from the house, at the end of the cul-de-sac.
