About this apartment rental

it is about a studio annexed to my house but completely independent which is composed
downstairs, a kitchen spacious enough for three guests; a shower room with washbasin shower cubicle, wc, washing machine. a very soft staircase leads to the first floor.
upstairs, the very bright and sunny bedroom all day thanks to two large velux windows.
a large double bed; a single bed. possibility of adding a baby bed.
wardrobe, television
the studio overlooks a large landscaped garden.
on the terrace, table, deckchairs, parasol, barbecue
the studio is fully equipped
the studio is ideally located between land and sea for those seeking both tranquility in the countryside and proximity to beaches and tourist spots.

Property extremely hard to find initially,instructions minimal. Sleeping accommodation adequate,upstairs and not suitable for significantly disabled.-overall adequately equipped,-shopping only by car -5 minutes drive, -eating out 5 mins in village -no oven in property apart from microwave

The flat is located very close to lots of attractions in the area: 5 minutes drive to the famous Alignmements de Carnac, 5 mins drive to the village of La Trinite sur la Mer with its harbour, fish market, cafes and restaurants, and shops. Excellent possibilities for days out biking or walking. The hostess is very pleasant, always happy to share any local information. The difficult bit was finding the place. The house is actually just outside of La Trinite sur la Mer, and the signs from the village to the place are bit misleading.

Auf dem Land und doch dicht bei. Christiane hat uns sehr fröhlich (mit Fahr Breton + Cidre ) empfangen . Verständigung mit Händen und Füßen und viel Gelächter. Gute Farräder vorhanden. Das Quartier war gemütlich der Garten Riesig . Das Bad müßte neu tapeziert werden . Die Tapeten lösen sich auf Grund hoher Luftfeuchtigkeit an vielen stellen ab hat aber nichts mit Schmutz zu tun. Können Quartier und die gesammte Umgebung nur empfehlen .

La propriétaire est des plus charmantes et nous a réservé le meilleur accueil. Et, pour ne rien gâcher, il y a un grand et beau jardin dont on peut profiter ! Merci pour votre gentillesse.

Une bonne location pour passer quelques jours aux alentours de Quiberon et du golfe du Morbihan. Un duplex fonctionnel ou tout est fourni, une hôte très gentille, nous avons apprécier notre séjour à la Trinité.

Idéalement situé en Bretagne pour ceux qui aiment le calme, les randonnées et la plage....c'est à dire tout. Le logement est parfaitement équipé et fourni tout l'équipement comme à la maison! La propriétaire est adorable, disponible et discrète. Je reviens demain!

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour d'autant plus que le temps était magnifique, ce qui est assez exceptionnel en Bretagne, quoique cette année c'est la canicule....Accueil très sympathique. L'appartement se trouvant dans une jolie maison bretonne où nous pouvions bénéficier du grand parc;
