About this house rental

Recent house of 75 m2 ideal for 4 to 6 people in the quiet and picturesque village of Loperhet (the 3rd bed of bedroom 2 is a drawer bed, so it is more suitable for a child). Less than 2 km from the beaches (by footpath and through the dunes) this residence includes large rooms very bright, tranquility and rest assured. Close to the large beach of Kerhillio with small sea view from the first floor. Terraces with garden furniture and deckchair.
Free internet access.
During the winter period (1 October to 30 April) electricity is extra, meter reading at the beginning and end of the stay and application of the EDF tariff (excluding subscription).
The house has 2 dwellings, practically identical, the second dwelling is little used (reserved for family and friends), however exceptionally it can also be rented which doubles the capacity.

Nous avons passé deux belles semaines dans cette jolie maison. Celle-ci se trouve dans un endroit calme, est très bien équipée et dispose d'une terrasse et d'un jardin très appréciables. Il faut compter à pied une vingtaine de minutes pour atteindre la plage, il ne faut que 2 ou 3 minutes en voiture. Plouharnel est à 5 minutes en voiture avec tous les commerces nécessaires. De plus, la situation permet de nombreuses visites et activités. Voiture indispensable. Enfin les propriétaires sont très gentils et accueillants.
