- Living area: dining room and lounge space with television;
- Bedroom 1: 140 cm bed, wardrobe;
- Bathroom: shower, sink;
- Separate toilet.
On the 1st floor:
- Bedroom 2: 2 single beds of 80 and 90 cm;
- Bedroom 3: 1 bed of 120 cm and 1 bed of 100 cm;
- Toilet cabinet with washing machine;
- Independent WC.
