Very cosy apartment block "Sorts de la Mar", 4 storeys, renovated in 2019. 1 km from the centre of Dénia, 50 m from the sea, 50 m from the beach, road to cross. For shared use: large garden (fenced) with lawn and plants, public parking on the road. Supermarket 500 m, restaurant, bar, café 1 m, 5 minute walk to the centre, bus stop 500 m, railway station 3 km, ferry 2.5 km, sandy beach "Marineta Casiana" 50 m. Sports harbour, surf school, sailing school 100 m. Nearby attractions: club náutico 400 m. Please note: no lift. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Bel appartement, plus grand que ce que nous pensions. Nous avons adoré la vue mer ! Les plus : bien équipé (lave-linge, lave-vaisselle, four..), la clim, la salle de bain dans la chambre parentale et la 2ème pour les enfants attenante à leurs chambres. Le petit moins : la route juste en bas de la résidence avec beaucoup de passage (nous habitons en campagne et ne sommes donc pas habitués à cette circulation). Nous recommandons cette location.

Casa muy envejecida, con ruido insoportable de la carretera de Denia-Javea. Bien equipada y limpia. Buena conexión wifi.
