Excellente situation... MAIS
Le propriétaire semble vouloir tirer un maximum de profit de la location sans se soucier d'apporter un minimum vital:
aucune prise ne convient (prises trop "lâches" aucun contact) pour les chargeurs de tél, sèche-cheveux, rasoir (l'agence nous a aimablement donné une multi-prise; 3 prises pour 6 chargeurs!)
Aucun rangement ni dans les chambres (vêtements restés dans les valises) ni dans la pièce à vivre; aucune patère ou autre dans les salles de bains pour faire sécher les serviettes; aucun meuble ou tablette pour poser la trousse de toilette (agence nous a donné une patère à accrocher à la porte)Le rideau de douche est plus que douteux!
L'apéritif est un moment convivial... il a fallu aligner 2 chaises et la "table" (à peine 40cm/40cm) pour pouvoir poser 6 verres et les biscuits apéritif.
Nous louons depuis des années des appartements 3 chambres pour les vacances de février... cet appartement, à part sa situation, est plus que moyen.
L'agence partenaire a géré au mieux les points négatifs.
