We were touring around France for 6 weeks in our small campervan with our 13 year old dog. Looking at the forecast we decided to look for a gite as it was given out to hit highs of 32 degrees. Found this place which we were only going to stay 6 nights in the end stayed 8 nights and wished we could have stayed longer. The gite was perfect with private parking and a lovely garden which overlooked the owners fields. It was extremely clean and perfectly cool given the temperature which our dog really appreciated. Mr and Mrs Tual were delightful they spoke a little English and we spoke a little French but with the aid of Google translate we managed to communicate fine. The area is extremely quiet but the town of Guerande is well worth a visit. Several other lovely villages were within easy access especially along the coast. We would like to thank Mr and Mrs Tual for their generosity and kindness and would to return.

Difficile de trouver quelque chose à redire .Tant que l'on a apprécié l'accueil , la gentillesse, le cadre et le logement . On le recommande vivement car ayant fréquenté de nombreux établissements nous n'avons jamais été aussi bien chouchouter. Merci mr et Mme Tual pour votre gentillesse nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Maison très agréable et confortable. L'espace extérieur est très appréciable : vue sur la nature et calme complet. Gîte bien situé pour découvrir la région. Enfin, il faut souligner la qualité de l'accueil. Les propriétaires sont vraiment charmants, nous avons passé un très bon séjour, nous les remercions chaleureusement.

Mr et Mme Tual sont très accueillants et très gentils. Le gîte est bien équipé La ville de Saint André des Eaux est à moins de cinq minutes et les plages ne sont pas loin. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour au calme.

Nous avons cherché la paix, la détente et la nature et nous avons trouvé tout cela pendant 2 semaines de vacances à la Bière. Le chalet est adorable, bien équipée, propre, calme et pourtant très central pour explorer les environs. Nous nous sommes sentis chez nous immédiatement après notre arrivée, aussi grâce aux hôtes charmants. C’est à recommander et nous reviendrons certainement !

Petite maison mitoyenne très propre, sans vis-à-vis, avec la maison des propriétaires juste derrière (photo), très accueillants mais très discrets aussi. Idéal pour 2 personnes. Très bonne literie. Le calme plat dans un cul-de-sac face à un grand pré. Petits commerces (boulangerie par ex.) à 2' en voiture au village, Leclerc de St-Nazaire à 10'. Toute la côte et la Brière à portée de main. Que demander de plus ? Beau souvenir de la fête des chalands fleuris également. Encore merci à Mr et Mme Tual, le courant est bien passé ! Si nous revenons dans le coin, ce sera là !

Très bel endroit pour des vacances reposantes et en famille. En communication avec la nature, promenades à volonté à pied ou à vélo. De très belles balades en Brière. Cadre agréable, verdoyant, à 10 km des plages de la Baule. Commerces à proximité et visites touristiques nombreuses ( marées salants, chantier naval, etc....) . Sans compter l'accueil très chaleureux et convivial des propriétaires de cette location. J'attends avec hâte mes vacances de juillet pour me ressourcer.

Superbe location pour des vacances en famille dans un endroit agréable et paisible.Maison très fonctionnelle et offrant toutes les commodités courantes. A quelque km de la plage et des centres touristiques. Belles promenades en vélo et en Brière. Idéale pour les enfants qui peuvent jouer en toute sécurité et découvrir la nature. Accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires qui savent répondre à toutes vos attentes et vous conseiller sur les lieux à visiter. Je recommande vivement cette location à toutes personnes qui cherchent un lieu idéal pour des vacances calmes et reposantes. Cela fais quelques années que je réserve ici et c'est toujours avec une grande joie que j'y retourne.
