Private parking. Access to the swimming pool is subject to a fee (managed by the residence), and the pool is only open in July and August.
Shops approximately 450 meters away and the beach approximately 400 meters away.

Super maison, très bien équipé, calme sans vis a vis, fermé idéale avec des enfants, endroit sécurisé. Situation idéal entre les commerces du port et la plage, tout peut se faire à pied. Seul bémol il est dommage de devoir payer en plus pour accéder à la piscine.
