About this house rental
House in Port Leucate T4 (church area). Rental from Saturday to Saturday, unless agreed.
5 minutes walk from the sea, the port and shops.

Not overlooked. The completely renovated villa of 67 m2 of living space comprises: A terrace of 35 m² with garden furniture for 6 people + bistro table and summer kitchen including: sink, plancha and barbecue, solar awning.
Rental in a secure and quiet residence: Les Griffoulières. The parking of the residence is private and numbered + free public parking right next door.
Walking access to the beach and shops.
Sleeps 3 for 2 people (6 in total). Fully air-conditioned.
First floor: living room with 3-seater sofa, 138 cm 4K flat screen television. Very nice open-plan kitchen equipped with traditional oven, microwave oven, American fridge, induction hob and extractor, dishwasher, Italian coffee maker + kettle/tea maker, dining room table with chairs for 6 people. Washing machine and vacuum cleaner in small room. Shower room and separate toilet, a bedroom with small wardrobe and sofa bed for 2 people.
On the 1st floor: 2 bedrooms with beds, including a sofa bed 140X190 and large dressing room, bed 160x200, large dressing room, toilet.
Shops 100 meters away, entertainment, and port 200 meters away, beaches on foot.
La Franqui train station at 5 km, Narbonne at 41 km, Perpignan 35 km, Spain 70 km, airport: Perpignan.
Activities in the town: Windsurfing, adventure course, tennis, aquatic area, cycle path, cinema, bowling alley, paddle, casino, sand yachting, boat rental, horse riding, oyster farm. World Wind Festival: April. Voix d'étoiles: October.
