About this house rental

Located equidistant from the sea, the ria d'étel, and Lorient. We offer a typical Breton countryside decor. Small rustic house, formerly bread oven, you will be in a peaceful setting. The house is equipped with wifi.
You will have access to more than 3000m2 of unfenced garden, with in it, a source of water typical of the 18th century.
The sea and beaches are 3 km, the Etel estuary 2 km, tennis courts 2 km, and the golf of Saint Laurent 15 km.
From Lorient you can access the island of Groix by ferry.
Carnac and La Trinité-sur-Mer is a 30-minute drive away, as is the unmissable Quiberon Peninsula and its rugged coastline.

Very nice location for a relaxing holiday. Beautiful beaches only 5 or 10 minutes drive from the property. Nice garden if you want to relax and grill out. Unfortunately the bathroom is on the ground floor and extremely small.

Wir sind nun das dritte Jahr in Folge in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus. Uns hat wieder einmal die ruhige Lage des Hauses sowie der wunderbare Garten begeistert. Nach Ausflügen kommt man immer gerne zum Ferienhaus zurück und vor allem an heißen Tagen ist der Garten mit den riesigen Bäumen eine Wohltat. In diesem Jahr hatten wir Fahrräder dabei (sehr zu empfehlen) was den Erholungswert noch getoppt hat. Denn mit dem Fahrrad sind im Umkreis von 5- 10 Kilometern einige Strände und Orte extrem gut erreichbar, falls man nicht dauernd mit dem Auto fahren möchte. Wie schon bei meiner ersten Bewertung 2018 erwähnt muss ich einfach wiederholen, dass die Möglichkeiten Ausflüge zu machen sowie Neues zu entdecken enorm sind. Wir erkunden jedes Jahr andere Orte, Städte und Strände. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Wir haben in dem kleinen Haus mit großem Garten zwei schöne ruhige Wochen verbracht. Nette Vermieter, hübsches einfaches Häuschen, gut geeignet für eine 4-köpfige Familie . Die Küche könnte etwas besser mit Geräten ausgestattet sein. Insgesamt sehr charmant und sympathisch. Gerne wieder!

Die Kommunikation und Übergabe mit dem Vermieter lief reibungslos. Gute Tips zwecks Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das Haus ist ein Unikat in einer schöne und ruhigen Lage. Strände und Sehenswürdigkeiten sind schnell erreicht und trotz Hochsaison ist es recht ruhig...vor allem am Strand. Die Toilette unter der Treppe ist ein wenig gewöhnungsbedürftig aber irgendiwe auch witzig. Also ein klare Empfehlung!

Das kleine Häuschen ist im Grünen gelegen und für zwei Personen, die es ruhig haben wollen, prima geeignet. Es steht gegenüber dem Ferienhaus der Familie. Man kann aber einen Teil des großen Gartens nutzen. Die meiste Zeit über waren wir auch alleine. Von dort aus kann man schnell mit dem Auto oder sogar dem Fahrrad das Meer oder das Ria d'Etel erreichen und zahlreiche Freizeitmöglichkeiten wahrnehmen. Die Vermieterin und ihre Familie sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Empfehlenswert!

Ruhe und Erholung pur in einem wunderschönem Ferienhaus auf riesigem Grundstück in Alleinlage

Das Ferienhaus liegt etwas außerhalb des schönen Dorfes Plouhinec auf einem riesigen parkähnlichen Gelände mit Wiesen und Bäumen. Durch die Alleinlage ist es sehr ruhig und es gibt außer der Natur keine Geräusche.Man kann herrlich entspannen und freut sich nach Ausflügen und Badetagen auf die ruhige Atmosphäre. Die Hauptstraßen liegen trotzdem gleich um die Ecke, so dass man schnell im Dorf und in der Region ist. Das Haus ist frisch renoviert, gemütlich, hübsch und zweckmäßig eingerichtet und für zwei Erwachsene, die Ruhe und Entspannung suchen, geradezu ideal. Es gibt die Möglichkeit eines zweiten kleinen Schlafzimmers für zwei kleinere Kinder. Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt, sowohl für Ausflüge in das Umland als auch für die Strände von Plouhinec. Weitere Strände gibt es reichhaltig und das Ria d` Etel liegt gleich um die Ecke. Neben vielen wunderschönen Städtchen und Ausflugsorten ist auch die Halbinsel Quiberon gut und schnell erreichbar. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr gut und sie ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!
