About this house rental

Quiet cottage located 8 km from the castle of Amboise, Clos Lucé, Gaillard castle and the park of the mini-castles, and 6 km from the castle of Chenonceau.
With an area of 84 m², it includes:
On the ground floor: a fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, fridge-freezer, oven + microwave, washing machine, high chair. A living-dining room, 1 television. A toilet.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 1 bed 160, 1 bedroom with 1 bed 140 + 1 convertible, 1 cot, 1 bathroom with bath, shower and toilet.
A privative garden of 60 m ² without opposite with terrace and living room of garden where the barbecue awaits you for beautiful evenings grills (charcoal is even provided!)

Between Loire and Cher, you can go for nice walks or bike rides on specially designed banks.

What a wonderful holiday home this is. Absolutely everything that you need in the house and the garden is supplied, including a very large play area for both children and adults. As for location being 5 mins from Chenanceau Chateau and 10 mins to Amboise it is perfectly located. We would strongly recommend staying here.

The gite is lovely, with spacious bedrooms and a very well-appointed kitchen. Graziella, the hostess was charming and very helpful. It is just a few kilometers to both Chenonceau and Amboise, and centrally located for many other chateaux of the Loire. We would definitely recommend it, and will go back there if we get the chance.

We were a family of 5 adults. We had a full day and arrived late on the day of our first stay. We felt terrible however, Graziella was so accommodating and made us feel right at home. The house is very comfortable and we immediately found ourselves relaxed. We were so pleasantly surprised to find a BBQ grill complete with charcoal. We were able to prepare a few dinners at home and pair them with the wines we had found during the day! The location was great! Thanks again!

Graziella is a lovely welcoming person who has decorated a beautiful old home and made it a vacation rental. The house has a very modern kitchen and bathroom, but retains its beautiful old character. She has thought of every detail to make your stay comfortable. Great location in the Loire valley. The town of Bléré close by was a great place for fromagerie, butcher shops and our favorite Boulangerie. We would definitely come back to the Loire and stay here again, there is so much to see and do we barely scratched the surface.

We enjoyed our stay in Graziella's house - it is spacious, comfortable and well equipped, in addition to being conveniently located to visit the many attractions of the region. The village is very small but there is a small shop walking distance from the house where we bought bread in the mornings. Nearby Bléré offers more choice and I strongly recommend the local restaurant, La Charbonette! We'd like to come back to Loire Valley in the future and would be more than happy to stay at the same house. Thanks Graziella!

We spend two weeks here in august, and we were warmly welcomed by the owners. We loved the house, it was charming, very spacious and had a nice private garden. It was also perfect for our almost 2 year old, there was a lot for him tot play with in the backyard. We highly recommend spending your holiday here!

"A la croisée des châteaux"est un gite charmant, très bien équipé, très propre, spacieux , pratique. Un jardin soigné permet de dîner dehors. Bien situé pour les visites, il porte bien son nom. Quant à l'accueil, Graziella est une hôtesse attentive, disponible et discrète; les bons conseils oenologiques de Jacques nous ont ravis. Tout est fait pour que notre séjour soit inoubliable. Nous avons quitté le 17 octobre 2020 le 20ème arrondissement de PARIS pour le gîte la Croisée des Châteaux à la La Croix en Touraine. A notre arrivée Madame MARTINEZ nous a accueilli chaleureusement pour nous faire visiter son gîte aussi chaleureux que son accueil. Ce gîte est très spacieux de belles chambres, une cuisine bien équipée , une salle de bain et un séjour très rustique. Nous avons passé quatorze jours a nous reposé, a nous désintoxiqué du bruit de PARIS. Nous avons réalisé de belles balades a vélos, Nous avons joué au ping-pong, aux boules. Nous avons pendant ce séjour redécouvert le chant des oiseaux, le calme de la campagne. Nous remercions chaleureusement Madame MARTINEZ pour son accueil et son sourire. La famille GALLOIS

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux en famille chez Graziella qui nous a accueilli chaleureusement. Le gîte est bien équipé, très propre et son jardin est idéal pour une famille. Gîte spacieux et très confortable, avec 2 grandes chambres dotées de literies de qualité, une belle salle de bains (en plus, tout est fourni: draps, serviettes, etc...), 1 deuxième WC indépendant, une cuisine parfaitement agencée avec tous les équipements nécessaires ou souhaitables. Le logement est complété d'un espace extérieur privatif tout à fait agréable pour la détente, les apéros ou le barbecue. On en a profité sans modération! En plus, on peut accéder si on le souhaite aux équipements distractifs répartis sur la vaste propriété au calme sous les arbres (jeu de boules, ping-pong, ...). Les propriétaires, charmants, sont attentifs à tous les besoins éventuels et d'une disponibilité aussi constante que discrète. Enfin, le gîte, idéal pour qui recherche calme et sérénité, porte bien son nom "La Croisée des Châteaux": il constitue un point de séjour idéal pour partir à la découverte de cette belle région si riche en Histoire, notamment à vélo.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans cette maison très agréable. Nous notons en particulier les très bons équipements de la cuisine qui permettent de faire des repas comme à la maison pour accompagner les bons vins de la région! Les enfants ont adoré l'accès au grand jardin avec jeux et trampoline. Merci à l'accueil discret mais chaleureux des hôtes.
