We stayed here for 5 game weekends this season! It is in a quiet community that feels secluded but is close to everything. The hosts are lovely people who have great communication and it is obvious that they truly care about their guests. They have created a comfortable and well appointed home. We loved staying here and will definitely book again in the future.

The Broadmoor is a great place to hang your hat when you are in Bryan/College Station! The property is lovely and the hosts are amazing! They have incredible communication and have created a comfortable and well appointed place to stay. It's obvious that they truly care about their guests and do everything they can to make sure everyone has the best time!

The Broadmoor is an impeccably decorated and well appointed place to stay. Our family (of 6) was comfortable and able to spend plenty of time together....even accommodating extended family members for meals. The kitchen is full sized and well equipped, allowing us to cook for and serve 10 people several times. The beds are big and super comfy and closets are huge (we came in from outside the country with 14 suitcases!)Kenneth and Kathy are gracious hosts and have created a lovely place to stay. We have bragged to friends about this place and would happily come right back if we ever need to be in BCS again. Highly recommend!
