About this apartment rental
Enjoy a comfortable stay at our cozy home. Our home is equipped with all new furnishings, toiletries, and linens. Each bath is stocked with soap, shampoo, blow dryers, and premium towels. In the kitchen, there is a new Keurig (pods provided), new pots and pans, dishes, glasses…you name it! We provide all dish & laundry detergents for your convenience. There are 5 new smart tvs, up to 75 inches. You can watch your favorite streaming service from any room. Game days will be perfect to watch on the 3 tvs in the living room…or skip the games and binge your favorite shows!
Our home is located less than 2 miles from the A&M campus. There are dozens of restaurants and shops nearby as well.
Each condo has 2 covered parking spots right off the back porch. There are also plenty of open spaces for the community.

Townhouse is so nice and plenty of space for our group! Super close to TAMU campus & major road access too. Host was quick to communicate AND an Aggie Football win made for a fabulous weekend for us all.

The rental was as easy as we could have ever dreamed. The unit was newly remodeled so it was pristine. The location was private and quiet, very nice. The Game Day touch of three TV's made the wait for TAMU's night game fly by! We will stay here again. A coffee pot would have been the icing on the cake, but the "pod" maker was a hit. Bring your own coffee, and condiments!! Great place!! Rick & Deena

Great place, could use some outside landscape but inside was new and clean and the TV set up is awesome for Game Day!!!
