Our cozy two-room apartment is located in a period building and overlooks a typical and large Venetian courtyard. In the historic center, quiet, a stone's throw from the departure of the vaporetto to Venice. It is located in the restricted traffic area. Suitable for a young and informal clientele.

Sylvia was wonderful! We had a last-minute change of plans, and Sylvia accommodated us beautifully. The place was clean, everything was in order, and a perfect place for two people to stay. She gave us some recommendations on places to visit for nightlife as well as a great meal.

La signora della proprietà molto carina e disponibile anzi forse di più ci a aiutatato in diversi problemi tipo parcheggio e biglietti autobus...devo essere sincera ci siamo trovati molto bene lo consiglio per le vostre vacanze

Chioggia ist im Vergleich mit Venedig lebendiger, weniger touristisch. Alte Männer sitzen am Wasser und schwatzen. Der Strand in Sottomarina ist laut und italienisch. Ich bin immer nach pelestrina zum Naturstrand gefahren.
Die kleine Wohnung ist ruhig und kühl, sie liegt zum Innenhof eines sehr schönen Wohnhauses , fast ein kleiner Palazzo.
