We stayed 5 days at La Mansardina and everything was good. The position is very central, close to bars, pizzerias, gelaterias, to the beach and to supermarkets.
We were lucky to find a parking spot in the free parking area in viale Brenta, but probably during the season it is more complicated.
The bed is pretty comfy, the bathroom is small, but serves well. The towels are a bit hard but they smell nice.
We could prepare breakfast and some meals in the kitchen, there is almost anything you need - even two italian caffettiere.
It is possible to wash your clothes, as there are both a washing machine and a drying rack. And the balcony is perfect for any time of the day.
The flat is under the ceiling, as the name implies, but you never touch with your head. The temperature is just fine, you can open the windows if it is too hot or use the radiators if it is too cold.
In general everything looked pretty clean, except for some spiderwebs high up under the ceiling.
A chopping board is missing in the kitchen and a knife and kettle should be replaced.
Maybe also some hooks on the walls or a standing hanger, where to hung jackets and used clothes would be useful.
For us it was not a problem, but as other people pointed out, the flat is on the third floor and you have to climb three flights of stairs.

Carinissimo il terrazzino privato anche se sedie e tavolino sarebbero potuti essere più comodi per un eventuale pasto
C'era tutto l'occorrente e di più per eventuale lavastoviglie, lavatrice, pulizia in generale
Arredamento minimal ed essenziale
Nonostante fosse agosto la temperatura era perfetta e non c'è stato bisogno di accendere l'aria condizionata
Purtroppo non ero preparata alla mancanza di ascensore, colpa mia che non mi sono informata
Avrei preferito la doccia alla vasca

Great location for the price. Located next to restaurants and coffee shops, a few blocks to a large supermarket and the beach, and only a block away from the main Sottomarinia public transit terminal (Piazza Europa) for the airport bus. It's also an easy walk to historic Chioggia. The cozy 1-bedroom unit is surprisingly quiet with shaded private balcony space. Host was very responsive (e.g. provided a corkscrew right away when we couldn't find one). Air conditioning and Wi-Fi were excellent.
Common problem everywhere - bathtub drain doesn't drain very quickly. The three flights of stairs to the unit can be tiring with a large amount of groceries after a long, hot day. But those are minor issues considering the rate.

Very clean and homely in a convenient location, close to the beach, shops and bus stop. The hosts were nice when they met me to hand over the keys and even left me a small welcome gift, some local bread. They also responded quickly when I had a question.
The WiFi stopped working for the last 1.5 days and I would've expected a replacement or offer of compensation but I had to ask for it and only received responses in Italian when before we were communicating in English. It should be considered normal for a host to offer compensation. The big package of biscuits I got I sadly couldn't take because I already have a heavy rucksack. Also, I'm on an entirely plant-based diet.
In addition, I would provide some essentials as a host, such as salt and pepper.
