Lovely semi-oceanfront townhome. Ideal location and amenities for small families and couples! Step out the front door and walk via our arbored walkway to the ocean. 40 yds, one minute of time and you ll be relaxing on our top rated beach. Great Room with oceanside deck, dining area, kitchen with sunset deck. Master bedroom with queen, private bath, ocean view deck, bedroom with two twin beds and private bath. 1163 square feet. Covered parking for two cars, private laundry room, enclosed outside shower, free wireless internet. No smoking. No pets. Sunday turnover day. Georgetown Sands amenities include community pool (Memorial Day-Labor Day,) tennis courts, and private beach access.
Starting January 1, 2021. Linen and towel service will be standard and added in as a line item at a cost of $78.00 (tax included). Guests starting January 1, 2021 will have the option to opt-out if you prefer bringing your own linens and towels.

The location is great, you could walk/bike to shops in Duck and its on the ocean side a quick walk to the beach. We always go in the off season and its perfect.

We loved this property and will definitely be returning! The location to the beach and town of duck is perfect. We brought our own beach gear, but the home also provided plenty for guests to use. The owners were very responsive to our questions and the check-in and check-out process was easy and smooth. We cant wait to go back!
