Located in the Colony by the Sea community, Ocean Breeze puts you close to everything that makes an Outer Banks vacation great: the beach, ocean views, a large oceanfront pool, and the shops, restaurants and activities of Duck.

YOUR BEACH VACATION STARTS HERE

• Enjoy beautiful ocean views from your private balcony—perfect for morning coffee, cocktails, sunrise watching, or stargazing.
• The beach is just a two-minute walk via the community’s private boardwalk over the dunes.
• The large oceanfront community pool offers beautiful dune views, lounge chairs and tables.
• The unheated pool is open May through September. Pool dates may be extended based on weather.
• Guests also enjoy dune-top gazebos, tennis and pickleball courts, a playground, outdoor showers, grilling areas and plenty of grassy space for a game of football or frisbee while dinner is on the grill.

COMFORTABLE & BEACH-CHIC

• Ocean Breeze sleeps up to six guests and features a king-size bed in the private bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, two twin bunk beds in a hallway alcove that are perfect for kids, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
• There are two full bathrooms.
• The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare a quick breakfast or a full beach-day feast.
• Free Wi-Fi and Smart TVs are provided in both the living room and bedroom.

EXPLORE DUCK & THE OUTER BANKS

• Ocean Breeze is conveniently located for enjoying Duck without spending your vacation in the car.
• Walk or bike into the Village of Duck for great restaurants, local shops, coffee, ice cream and more.
• There’s plenty happening beyond the beach, too. Duck and the Outer Banks are known for seasonal festivals, outdoor events, live music, local food and community celebrations.
• Spring and fall are especially wonderful times to visit, with fewer crowds, comfortable temperatures and plenty to explore.
• Whether you’re coming for a long weekend, a festival, a romantic getaway or a little off-season beach therapy, Duck has something going on.

GOOD TO KNOW

• Bed linens and towels are not included. Many guests prefer to bring their own, so we leave that choice up to you.
• An optional linen package is available for an additional fee.
• One dedicated parking space is provided, with additional community parking available in the back of the property.
• Coin-operated laundry facilities are located on the ground level of each building. Laundry can be paid for with quarters or through an app.
• Ocean Breeze is located on the first floor, but there is one flight of stairs to reach the front door. There is no elevator.
• No pets are permitted.
• The condo is non-smoking, and smoking is not permitted on the balcony.
• Beach chairs, umbrellas and other beach equipment are not provided.
