Our 3 apartments, very spacious with private terraces, all overlooking the sea and the mountains. The furniture is beautiful and comfortable, the decor is neat, kitchens and bathrooms are modern and very well equipped. Of course, there is an air conditioning and efficient heating. Note that the living room becomes the 2nd bedroom for the night, with its sofa bed. Outside, the large swimming pool (12.00m x 7.30m) and its wide beaches invite to swim and from the grill terrace the view of the surroundings is very beautiful. There is ample parking for your vehicle and the assembly is closed and secured. All amenities, bars, restaurants, taverns, shops, car rentals and bicycles, supermarkets, health center, doctors, pharmacies are within 3.5 km away. The beach with its tavern is 1.5 km away. The archaeological sites of Mycenae, Argos, Corinth or the Epidaurus Theater will be a day trip destination. Nafplio appeal for its citadel, boutiques, cafes, restaurants, streets, squares.
For an occupancy of 3 people, there is an extra cost of 50 €. For an occupancy of 4 people, there is an extra cost of 75 € and for an occupancy of 5 people, there is an additional cost of 100 €. To benefit from air conditioning or heating, a surcharge of 50, - € is requested per week. This is payable at time of booking of the apartment if the client wishes. Otherwise, we can also pay this extra cost on the spot, so that the customer can choose if he wants or not, air conditioning or heating.
For a reservation we require the payment of a deposit of 30% of the booking amount, provided that the remaining 70% must be paid 1 month prior to arrival.
Terms of cancelation:
If a cancellation arrives in the last month before the arrival date, for a stay at AlphaVilla, we will not refund anything. The deposit will be, and will remain, acquired by AlphaVilla whatever happens, in accordance with the law. For the 70% balance, it remains also acquired Alphavilla if a cancellation occurs in the last month before the arrival. If a cancellation arrives in the 2nd and 3rd month before the arrival date, AlphaVilla refunds 50% of the balance if it has been paid, and 100% of the balance if the cancellation arrives in the 4th month and the months before this 4th month.
It is therefore recommended, and very important for our customers to verify that they have a '' insurance '' which provides a full refund, or part, of the costs incurred by our customers. Think before booking.
Additional info, but can be very friendly. For your first breakfast, do not buy anything on the way. You will find in your apartment, tea, coffee, chocolate, sugar, milk, bread (homemade), butter, jam, fruit juice, water, salt, pepper, olive oil (obviously Greek), and vinegar. It is offered to guests staying a week or more.

To come in group or to several families: This is possible by taking it in time to rent the 3 apartments on the same dates. For the apartment 'Apollon', 5 people can stay, for the apartment 'Aphrodite', 5 people can stay and for the apartment 'Dionysos', 4 people can stay there. This is a capacity of 14 people and we still have the possibility for a 15th person, if it is a baby. The cot can be installed in any apartment.
Porto Heli is the port city of Kranidi with about 8000 inhabitants in the year, and of course much more in summer. The port is located in a beautiful well-closed harbor, which offers a safe haven for boaters and fishermen in case of bad weather, which is very rare in the region. This port, which is only 2:30 of Athens by road or by boat, is popular with Athenians where many of them have a second home. Here, we do not hesitate to call 'le Petit Saint-Tropez' which is not really true. There are many bars, restaurants and taverns in view of the influx season. Supermarkets are well established and you will find all the amenities on site. From Porto Heli you can visit the islands (Hydra, Spetses or Poros), or archaeological sites (Mycenae, Epidaurus, Corinth or Argos), towns (Nafplion, classified by UNESCO) and villages and of course see the sandy or pebble beaches in the area. Some are located in beautiful small beautiful creeks that will give you. The Argos has a lot to show and sports fans will be delighted.
