No breakfast was included the location was ok, a car is required to visit the town, or about a 40 minute comfortable walk

Excellent location. No breakfast provided (as advertised). Very friendly host. Very close (50 m) to the beach in a very quiet area. The place and surroundings are very neat/clean.
Nothing that I can think of. Rooms are a bit small (but I am tall :-) )

The beach was perfect for long-distance swimming and very quiet, that was exactly what I was looking for. There was only one restaurant within a walking distance and no supermarkets, but the host was so kind as to take me to Porto Heli to do shopping in her car. She also took me to the port the day I left for my next destination.
