For more satisfaction of your stay, your home is close to the rink and blibliothèque Bordeaux Pey Berland of the cathedral, the Musée d'Aquitaine.
But you are also 7 minutes walk from PELLEGRIN Hospital and Charles PERRINS.

THE DISTRICT:
All around you will find several restaurants (6) friendly to different cuisines, reasonable prices and open for lunch and dinner.
But also at 100 m a Casino supermarket, a press point, 2 hairdressers, 1 bakery with bread cooked over a wood fire.
If you are sporty, the annex of the stadium Chaban Delmas graciously offers the use of a 400 m track, two tennis courts, a pelota pediment Basque. Of course there are other activities but they are subject to subscriptions.
TRANSPORT:
The station Gaviniès at 100 m allows you to take the tram line A to go directly in the historic center or take a Vélib 'VCub or for a more distant travel Autolib' electric.
But why not join the banks of the Garonne on foot (20mn)
Free parking possible 400 m from the house, I accompany you when you arrive.

Common entrance on the ground floor, you will be completely independent and will have your own keys.

The apartments of 30 m², include a large main room with open kitchen, a separate sleeping area for the T1 Bis and a room for the T2.
Each accommodation has a private bathroom with a spacious shower and toilet.
T2 facing south has air conditioning.

• Hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment.

We had a very good stay at Patrick's appartment. Remakable how he, in renovating the house, put so much functionality on a small surface.
It's only 20 minutes walking to the heart of the beautifull center of Bordeaux.
You should be aware that trams pass under your windows from 5 AM untill 1 AM. But with the Windows close, you hardly notice it.
The parking mentioned in the add is actually 500 meters walk, but free.
We would certainly recommend it to our friends! Thank you Patrick!
