About this house rental
LA MONESTIERE, former miller's house, independent and autonomous, it can accommodate up to 6 people maximum.
On the ground floor :
1 living room with fireplace, fitted kitchen with dining area.
1 laundry room (washing machine, dryer)
Upstairs:
3 bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom, 1 shower room and 1 separate toilet.
Ping pong table. Tv, stereo, internet + tel. Enclosed garden in front of the house with kitchen and living room, garden open to the rear. Private swimming pool overlooking the ruins of the Château de Bruzac. On the banks of the La Côle river, ideal for lovers of trout fishing.
Pricing and payment terms
Deposit: 25% upon reservation.
Balance: 4 weeks before the start of the stay.
Arrivals are from Saturday to Saturday from 5 p.m. and departures no later than 9:30 a.m.
For payment by bank transfer, sending of RIB / IBAN on request.
We also accept vacancy checks in payment of all or part.
The prices indicated are all charges included: pool maintenance, water, gas (except heating), electricity (package).
On the other hand, the tenants must pay, to the owners, the tourist tax: 0.33 € / night / person over 18 years.
Deposit: 860 €. (returned within 30 days)
Options offered:
- cleaning fee: 80 €.
-heating supplement 90 € depending on season
Cot and high chair available free of charge on request.

We spent a very enjoyable two weeks in this former miller's house. It was easy to find, well located for a variety of day trips and best of all, was a very relaxing place to spend a holiday. The house is very well equipped, the gardens and pool are maintained to a very high standard, and the hosts, Anita and Francois, are clearly diligent while respecting the need for discretion. We loved our time here and hope to return next year. Bravo, Anita and Francois.

Such a special place in a tiny village St. Pierre de Cole. Had everything we needed plus a nice pool, beautiful scenery, and Chateau Bruzac to look out on every morning made it very special. This is a wonderful place and Anita and Françoise are wonderful hosts.

Great house, great garden and a beautiful ruin on the hill opposite the house. The pool is delicious and the owners very helpfull.We stayed for 2 weeks and there was plenty to do in the surroundings. 15 min walk to the boulangery and supermarkets within 11 km.To enjoy all the good and peace of France.
