House of 145 m², located in the heart of the hamlet of Lauzet (municipality of Monêtier les Bains) 5 minutes drive from the alpine ski area of Serre Chevalier and 5 minutes walk from the ski slopes. Ideally located for many activities for all and for the whole family: cycling / mountain biking (mythical passes of Galibier, Izoard), horse riding, water sports, hiking, high mountain / climbing, via ferrata ...

Electric floor heating (warm temperature) supplemented by convectors.

Ideal location at the foot of Galibier with easy access to Briançon. Impeccable lodge with all necessary amenities, especially in the kitchen. Stunning mountain views. Lovely owners. Spacious and well-equipped rooms. Highly recommended!
