About this villa rental
Single storey house of 115m2 on a plot of 2400m2 fenced and not overlooked, located at the bottom of a dead end 300m from the Etang de Thau and 2kms from the sea. Dogs allowed including 50 euros / week.
HOUSING
It includes: - 4 bedrooms (1 bed of 160, 2 beds of 140 and 2 beds of 90) - a bathroom with bath and separate toilet, a bathroom with shower in one bedroom and a shower and a toilet in the pool house - a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, kettle, coffee maker, gas stove, fridge, freezer, oven and toaster - a covered veranda - a living room with 107 cm flat screen TV. - free wifi - reversible air conditioning in the living room
OUTSIDE
The exterior includes: - 3 to 4 parking spaces inside the house - an unheated swimming pool of 5m x 10m with deckchairs - a 1300m2 field dedicated to games with swing, volleyball / badminton net and a small children's lounge - large terrace with pergola, table, 8 chairs and barbecue

Lovely villa, well maintained and comfortable. The grounds of the villa are superb especially as we had two dogs. The large garden is entirely fenced and safe for children or dogs. The swimming pool is large and good for swimming. Etienne is the perfect host, always available for queries and very attentive. The villa is very well equipped especially the kitchen and the whole property is very clean. The Etang and walks from the villa are exceptional and we enjoyed the area immensely . The nearest supermarket is in Marseillan so not walkable - a car is required. It is possible to cycle into Marseillan Plage where there is a small local supermarket for bread etc. We look forward to returning to the villa again in the future.

Nous avons séjourné 2 semaines en famille avec un grand chien dans cette agréable propriété avec belle piscine et très grand jardin entièrement clôturé. Rien ne manquait ! De plus très calme pour se reposer.

Im vierten Südfrankreich-Urlaub in Folge endlich das Ziel unserer Träume gefunden... - nur "3%-Punkte" fehlten zur 100%igen Perfektion:
(Noch) keine Klimaanlage
(Noch) kein "deutsches Fernsehen" (jammern auf allerhöchstem Niveau...!!!)
Etwas kleine Toilette im Haus
Diese Marginalien haben unseren 5-wöchigen Urlaub allerdings so gut wie gar nicht beeinträchtigt. Haus und Garten/Grundstück entsprachen EXAKT Beschreibung und Bildern. Uneinsehbares Grundstück am Ende einer Sackgasse - Ruhe und Erholung pur!
Top-Ausstattung (Ausnahme die vorerwähnten Kleinigkeiten, die aber nach Aussage des Eigentümers spätestens zur nächsten Saison beseitigt sein werden), hevorzuheben die scharfen Messer (ALLE!!!) - haben wir in Jahrzehnten FeWo-Urlauben noch nicht erlebt. Alles dran, alles drin. Unser Traum-Refugium!
Haben uns beim äußerst sympathischen Eigentümer gleich ein "Vorbuchungs-Recht" für die Folgejahre einräumen lassen... :-)
Herzlichen Dank, Geneviève, Aline und Etienne für den mit Abstand schönsten Urlaub seit vielen Jahren!
P.S.: Die französische Sprache in ihren Grundzügen zu beherrschen, ist ein großer Vorteil... :-)
