About this house rental

Located in the private and secure domain of Coudrée, the house offers all the comforts for a quiet holiday.
Large terrace with garden, barbecue and parking. Lake view and direct access to the Port of Sciez.
On the ground floor 1 bedroom with private bathroom, a large room with lounge, dining area and kitchen.
Upstairs two bedrooms, one with sitting area and TV, bathroom.

The villa is located within a very nice area close torestaurants.The house is very nice for a family, right at the lake with a beautiful garden.We would stay there again without question.

Arranging the reservation went as planned, with no hiccups or unexpected problems. The owner increased communication appropriately as the reservation date approached to ensure we had everything we needed and to highlight the features and amenities that made our vacation that much more memorable. Key pick-up couldn't have been easier. The house and locale were perfect. We celebrated our ten-year anniversary there and couldn't have asked for a better place. Many thanks to the owner for helping make our trip so great. Without a doubt, we'll be back.

Lieu très reposant ,nous avons pu profiter de cette endroit magnifique .la maison est bien agencé et très agréable . Le lac et les montagnes autour c'est le rêve ! Je recommande aussi les restaurants où les filets de perche sont une merveille.

Comme dit plus haut c’est vraiment dommage la maison et l’environnement ont un très fort potentiel surtout pour un propriétaire de bateau qui aime le lac Léman comme moi mais malheureusement l’entretien général et la propreté des lieux est très médiocre. les installations sanitaires, le mobilier et le barbecue sont plus que vétustes et à ce tarif là on a atteint une certaine catégorie socioprofessionnelle qui est en attente de mieux que cela même si on s’attend pas au dernier cri et à un logement neuf … mon épouse a été très déçu et s’attendait à beaucoup mieux parce que nous connaissions le domaine de la Coudray et les demeures qui y sont construites.

La situation est parfaite le seul soucis c'est les gens qui lavent leurs bateaux ont y a eu droit tout le week-end et non stop!!! Ume pelouse joliment tondu aurait été plus agréable. Mais tout était quand même parfait! Merci
