Built in 2003, this chalet features contemporary and elegant decor and is fully equipped.

The chalet is located right in front of the “Haut Fleury” chairlift, at an elevation of 1,494 meters, with direct access to the downhill ski area.
It has one parking space in the garage plus space for one vehicle in front of the chalet, or two during the summer only.

In winter, a snow-cleared parking area is located less than 25 m from the chalet. The driveway leading to the garage is cleared by a snowblower all the way to the chalet. The chalet is about an 850-meter walk from the resort center (shops, ski school, and tourist office).

Unobstructed mountain views; hiking trails start right from the chalet, accessible on foot or by mountain bike in the summer.

Basement: enclosed garage, ski storage room, washing machine.

First floor: 1 shower room, separate toilet, living room, and separate fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator, gas stove, oven, microwave, range hood.

First floor: 4 bedrooms: 3 with 2 beds (90x190) / 1 with 1 bed (140x190) + 1 shower room with toilet.

Electric heating (wood-burning stove not available for use during the rental)

The chalet is non-smoking on all three floors; a French door provides access to the side balcony for our smoking guests
Pets allowed

PLEASE NOTE: Bed linens and towels are not provided with the rental. The chalet is provided clean and must be left clean upon departure. Penalty specified in the contract.
