Townhouse had everything we needed and comfortable beds. It was very clean and easy to access. I was able to do a late checkout which was very helpful with our schedule. Main Street has so many restaurants within walking distance.

Howdy what a great location and Hyped spot. I was surprized the unit was not Updated or Upgraded in any way form time of purchase. You can feel the time stemp vibes. One fresh Paint color on the whole unit would do a wonder. And The light fixtures and furniture are so very builder grade. The unit I am sure is a money maker Yet invest a little to make a little more. Luz it up. So it feels more special.

We stay in downtown Carmel for a long weekend. The location could not have been better. We were steps from the Monon trail and several very nice restaurants. We even walked to Cake Bake. (If you haven't been there, you're missing some of the richest slices of cake anywhere.)

My daughters and I came here to visit a friend and wanted to stay somewhere near her with plenty of walkability. We couldn’t have found a better location. The condo was very cute and had everything you could need. The beds were also very comfy. There are a lot of steps involved, though, so factor that in if you have mobility issues

Nice location. Jeff was very responsive. The property needs upgrade help. The plumbing everywhere is terrible and needs replacement. Plugged aerators, kitchen faucet feels very loose and is plugged by corrosion. Living room fan not functional. Kitchen fan controls are wonky. Some lights need replacement. Water leak stain in ceiling needs repair and adds to the feeling of poor upkeep. Laundry room door falling off runner. Laundry machines have a moldy smell. I just feel for the price paid, this place should be 100 % ready. And yes, if I had complained to Jeff, I suspect he would have fixed things, but is that my job? Do I want people in my rental fixing things while I’m there? And just note, this property was expensive for what it is. We will rent again in Carmel, but not here.

Awesome location right in the heart of Arts district. Can walk to so many restaurants and shops or just people watch near the Monon trail. We loved the close proximity to the CoHatch where we were attending a baby shower. As listed, there are two flights of stairs in the condo but as long as you don't mind that it was perfect.

The property was in a very convenient location. The host was very considerate to leave us some solar eclipse glasses. There was only one hiccup. While we were able to watch the Alabama vs UConn final four game on the bedroom TV, we were not able to access the Purdue vs UConn in the living room. It was going to be awkward having my cousin & spouse watch in our bedroom with a small TV. I contacted our host for assistance and he informed me it was stated in the description as not having cable. The upstairs TVs accessed the game through RoKu. We had no clue the downstairs TV could not do the same till after my cousin arrived with drinks and snacks for this very late night game. Watching at the condo seemed like a good plan. If you happen to want to see a major sports event during your stay in Carmel, you may want to keep this inconvenience in mind. Other than that - it was a nice stay

We travel to Carmel a few times a year to visit family. We love this central location and close proximity to shops and restaurants. The parking lot across the street is convenient and we haven’t had any issues w securing a spot. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Stayed here for a girls weekend trip. Great location, right on the main strip. Easy to walk to restaurants and boutiques. Was able to get close parking. It is in a noisier part of town. We could hear live music from across the street and lots of street traffic. Maybe wouldn’t recommend if you go to bed early or are light sleeper, but we didn’t mind. Also, lots of stairs, so if you have bad knees/feet, take caution. Our group would stay here again.

Our stay was very enjoyable. The home is clean and comfortable. Included everything we needed for cooking breakfast. Other meals were enjoyed at the restaurants within walking distance. We walked the Monon Trail and visited the nearby shops. All in all a wonderful experience. Will certainly consider a stay here the next time we visit the Carmel area.

We really enjoyed or stay in Carmel. Was the perfect location for a 6-day AAU basketball tournament that my daughter was playing as games were held in Westfield and Noblesville. The easy access to local restaurants and walking around town was perfect. Never had an issue finding free street parking.

The location could not be beat! Walk out your door, and you were at restaurants, shops, and walking trails. The apartment itself was very well appointed and decorated. There are stairs to the main floor and to the bedrooms, so if that would be a concern for anyone in your party, this would not be a location for you, but for everyone else I would say you could not do much better. The beds were very comfortable too. You can’t go wrong!

We came to the area to watch our grand baby while our daughter and son in law ran the Carmel Marathon. Once we shopped and parked in the parking garage we Didn’t need our vehicle again. They we within walking distance to the start of the race and there were dozens of restaurants within a stones throw of the town home. The home had everything we needed, but the biggest plus was the great location! We would definitely stay again if we ever come out this way again!

It is the perfect place to stay for a weekend of awesome food, drink and shopping. You are literally steps away from everything! The Monon Trail is right out the door as well… The condo has plenty of room for relaxing and playing games. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook if you choose to. With so many wonderful places to eat, we did not go that route! Everything was awesome, and we will rent again.

Cute condo in the middle of everything in Midtown Carmel. We walked everywhere except the winery, and that was only a $10 Uber ride. The beds are so comfy and there’s lots of room to hang out if you feel like staying in. I’d stay again.

This property is an a cute area of Carmel Indiana! It was supplied with everything we needed for our stay. The only thing I would let other people know is that parking is about a block away and there’s a lot of stairs in this unit, in case you have health issues. Other than that it was great! The owner was SUPER easy to work with and very accommodating. Big shout out to him!

Exactly as depicted in photos. Well-supplied especially for a slightly longer stay. Can’t beat the location just steps off the Monan Trail. Small deck was a plus, especially with a dog traveler who was eager to watch all the action (though view was to back of property and not Main Street- still great to be out on cool morning/evening without a leash on our pup). Easy checkin and checkout. Timely response to questions after arrival. Will stay again at this location!!
