About this cottage rental
Christophe, Martine and their daughters welcome you as friends, so that you have the best possible holiday, with a clean gite (cleaned at each departure of tenants and disinfected) we are always available to inform you about tips, restaurants, and ideas for outings !!
The MAZET AUX OLIVIERS is ideally located between Narbonne and Carcassonne, in Saint André de Roquelongue in the exceptional site of Corbières, 30 minutes from the sea, we welcome you to a stone house, new, air-conditioned and pleasantly furnished, with a capacity of max: 6 people. Located on a property of 4500 m2, it is independent, in the shade of centuries-old oaks, olive trees, fig trees ....... Want calm, and rest, this cottage is for you !!! Change of scenery guaranteed!
Outside, we have at your disposal a large terrace, with table chairs, deckchair, parasol ....
You can of course walk, stroll, or just sit and listen to the cicadas and the water flowing in the basin and enjoy the park and its scents of lavender, and honeysuckle, or give food to our dwarf goat.
For you there is also a barbecue, and a large, secure parking space, all on a fenced plot!
The swimming pool of the property of 10X5m covered and equipped with solar heating, (which allows to extend the summer by a few weeks at very pleasant temperatures) is available to you from 10 to 18 h.
Le Mazet is located outside a very welcoming and friendly little village, where you can find: bakery, grocery store, pharmacy, doctor, restaurant bar.
Lovers of old stones, you will be spoiled for choice between Lagrasse (one of the most beautiful villages in France), Fonfroide, and of course - the majestic Cité de Carcassonne, and many others, indeed Aude includes an immense and varied heritage !!
To do, for adults and children:

- Australian Park (the land of kangaroos)
- Mini golf and treasure hunt! .......
- Pony ride
Interior description of the cottage of 45 m2 which has;
- 1 bedroom with 140X190 bed
-1 bedroom with bunk beds 90X190
-the living room is equipped with a sofa bed for 2 beds
-Equipped kitchen (microwave, gas hob, coffee maker, fridge-freezer, and all utensils necessary for the meal.)
- flat screen TV
- Italian shower
- separate WC
- Pets allowed with a supplement of € 15 for the stay
As an option we offer;
End of stay cleaning: 40 €
Sheets: 10 € / BED
If you wish, you have the possibility of booking directly with us the owners, to avoid additional costs of online booking because a telephone contact is much more reassuring for you holidaymakers, at zero six, sixty two, twenty-five, forty one, twenty. and also to save the costs of management and vat of the shelter site, we simply ask 30% for the reservation and the rest on arrival at the delivery of the keys !!!

We spent a week in this peaceful environment. Martine and Christophe were very friendly and helpful and we enjoyed our chats with them. The small house is independent and at a distance from the main dwelling so we were private. We were invited to wander around the extensive gardens as much as we wished. Loved the pool which was covered at this time so the water was warm. Martine was happy for us to invite friends over for the day and we enjoyed a game of petanques. A well-equipped kitchen. We already knew the area very well and found St. Andre well-situated for the countryside and coast. To be recommended for a stay for 4 people. Thank you, Martine and Christophe.

We enjoyed the pool and the garden, and the close proximity to Nabonne which is such a vibrant town.

Nos lo hemos pasado genial!!!! Hemos ido con nuestros 2 hijos, nuestra perrita y una coneja. La casita es perfecta. Tiene todo lo necesario. Tiene 2 cafeteras una de filtro y otra de cápsulas tassimo. El maneje muy completo. La casa estaba muy limpia y el recibimiento fue extraordinario. Martina lo tenía todo preparado, con detalles de bienvenida!!! Y regalito para Lana, nuestra perrita. La casa dispone de varias zonas para relajarse y divertirse. La petanca es todo un éxito para ir en familia. Tienen 2, una para adultos y otra para los peques. Un columpio, un estanque con peces y tortugas y ...una cabrita!!!!. Todo está súper bien cuidado y limpio y desde diferentes zonas del jardín tienes bancos para disfrutar del paisaje. El comedor tiene una cristalera grande que da a la terracita y es una maravilla!!!! Y como no, la piscina no puedo olvidarme de ella. Aunque hemos estado en semana santa y el tiempo era variado, hemos podido bañarnos!!!! La ubicación de la casa para nosotros a sido perfecta, buscamos una zona tranquila y que estuviera entre medio de las excursiones que queríamos hacer. Carcassonne está a 40 min.
y tan solo a 11 min. de Carcassonne, está El llac de la cavayere. Narbone a 20 min. donde alquilamos un barquito por el canal y nos encantó. Otra de la excursiones fue a sigean unos 30 min. donde vivimos experiencias muy divertidas. Nosotros hicimos los trayectos sin autopista porque el paisaje es precioso y las carreteras no están nada mal. Y para destacar he de decir que nos hemos sentido como en casa. Martina y su familia son muy atentos y nos ayudaron a resolver algunas dudas de las excursiones que queríamos hacer. Son muy simpáticos, muy serviciales y muy detallistas. Martina es una artista con sus cuadros!!!Sin duda volveremos a ir!!!! Han sido unas vacaciones estupendas😍

Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Begrüßung, spricht sehr gut deutsch. Unterkunft ist klasse, alles vorhanden was nötig ist. Sauber und nett eingerichtetes kleines Häuschen. Netter kleiner Ort, fußläufig erreichbar, hat alles was man braucht. Ich komme gerne wieder!!
