About this villa rental
Delightful, spacious, modern-day villa with air-conditioning for 5 people 10 minutes ’drive from the beaches. With a private garden and equipped with garden furniture, barbeque, parasol, and private parking facilities for 2/3 cars, located in an ideal geographical location between Aix en Provence and Marseille. Just a 10 minute drive from Cassis, a quaint Provencal fishing village in South of France.
On the ground floor there is the main living area with a brand new fully equipped kitchen, beautiful lounge-diner and an open fire place. The cozy TV / games room with DVD’s, laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer and second toilette are located just off the main living room, on a slightly lower level. The three bedrooms and shower room are on the first floor, and also equipped with air-conditioning. The villa has been renovated last year and all the equipment is new.
Outside, there are two terraces, one for relaxing and taking in the sun and the other equipped with a charcoal barbeque. Situated in a calm and peaceful environment, you will be sure to make the most of the exterior after a busy day out and about. The villa is also equipped with an alarm system. The bed linen is included in the price. The proprietor of this villa is British and is available and onsite within 5 minutes should you need any assistance or information to ensure a great holiday.
All the necessary shops are nearby: Newsagent, Post office, Bank, Greengrocer, Butcher and Bakery
as well as highly rated restaurants for those who prefer dining out.
