About this house rental
This 160 sq m south facing farm-like holiday home designed by the architect-owner, sits harmoniously on an organically cultivated 30,000 sq m private land full with 300-400 year old olive trees. The House consists of two independent self-contained sleeping units on either side of the main living/kitchen area. Unit A, with a veranda of its own, has two adjacent en suite bedrooms sharing one bathroom with shower (no bathtub) Sleeps 4. Unit B has two bedrooms in different levels joined with a staircase, sharing one bathroom with shower (no bathtub).Sleeps 4. All three areas with exposed timber roofs layered with byzantine tiles look onto a large veranda with a great view towards the olive grove and the sea. The area is quite, the landscape is beautiful and the ground covered with Mediterranean flora is ideal for kids and pets. The House, although close to the town of Porto Heli and to the beach, it is very secluded and ideal for relaxation...So close and yet so far away

Wie der Titel schon sagt herrscht eine gute Energie in dem Haus und dem Olivenhain. Der Empfang von Nikos war sehr freundlich und vertrauensvoll. Wir konnten uns dort ungestört entfalten. Ausstattung von Küche, Badetücher, und der Zimmer war reichlich bemessen. Der nächste Strand ist 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Haus entfernt (Kiesstrand) und es gibt in der Gegend viele schöne kleinere und größere Strände. In Porto Heli kann man gut einkaufen. Mykene und Epidauros als historische Sehenswürdigkeiten ist mit dem Auto ca. 1 bis 1,5 Stunden entfernt (lohnt sich!). Wir haben uns gerne in dem Haus aufgehalten und sehr wohl gefühlt, der einzige Nachteil war, dass es zwischen benachbarten Räumen keine Türen gab und daher Rückzug manchmal schwierig war. Die zwei Hauptschlafräume haben glücklicherweise Klimaanlagen, die man bei großer Hitze auch dringend braucht.

We were six adults who spent a week in Nikos' house. The house is beautiful, and wonderfully decorated and furnished. The view is spectacular, and we appreciated that it truly was in the middle of nature, only looking out at the olive trees and the sea in the distance. We walked or bicycled the small distance to the nearest beach. The beach was perfect, very clean, very few people and with crystal clear waters. Excellent for swimming. Nikos was a very kind and generous host. All in all paradise:-) We would love to come back. One thing to note is that the four rooms are open to the room next door.

La maison est très agréable et bien équipée, elle est suffisamment vaste pour y séjourner en groupe sans se gêner. L oliveraie est superbe et la plage de galets ombragée qui n est pas loin n était pas bondée la première semaine d'août. Un bémol ? Nous avons mangé toutes les aubergines du potager, il n y en a plus pour vous ! Merci à. Nikos pour sa gentillesse et ses attentions.

Excellente semaine dans cette maison idéale pour 2 familles avec enfants.
Le cadre est magnifique, la maison fonctionnelle et belle. La terrasse qui relie les 3 bâtiment est le vrai lieu de vie agréable de ces lieux. La maison a un charme et les quelques cds, jeux de société,... donnent l'impression de retrouver une maison de famille. Le propriétaire est prévenant.
