Large recent chalet of 250m², with 4 beautiful bedrooms + (1 independent apartment of 2 bedrooms) and a living space composed of a living room of 60m² with fireplace and an open kitchen.

- Bedroom 2 / tiles: 1 160cm bed, cupboards.
- Bedroom 3 / children: 2 90cm bed, chest of drawers.
- Bedroom 4 / cows: 1 140cm beds, sofa, +/- baby bed, cupboards.
- Equipped TV lounge: library, DVD library, Large screen
From December 2017.
In a 40m² independent apartment on the garden level:
-Bedroom 5 / Old wood: 1 bed of 160cm, storage.
-Bedroom 6 / Cabin: 2 bunk beds of 90cm
- 1 bathroom (bath, jet shower) and 2 shower room (basin, shower, storage),
- 3 separate toilets.
- Entrance through the garage: heated ski room, laundry room (convenience on request, sheets and towels already included in the delivery) and technical room,
- Private outdoor parking for 4 cars,
- Large 1000m² garden with trees: wood storage space, vegetable garden in season, swings (
- Bus stop 150 m from the chalet / Free shuttles to the village and the ski lifts,
- Near the ski resorts of St Gervais-Mégève and Contamines,
- Possibility to rent in full week or on some We, on request,
- Additional services on request (10 days before minimum): cleaning service (s) during the stay, chef at home, babysitting.
