About this villa rental
It is a very pleasant villa to live in and practical for spending a family vacation or resting and enjoying the magic of tropical landscapes.
At night your sleep is lulled by the song of the waves on the shore and in the morning you wake up facing the magnificent Diamond Bay. The white sand beach, located less than a minute away, will allow you to access it quickly and easily without a vehicle. Go down the small staircase ... And you have your feet in the sand.
The villa is composed of:
* Large terrace facing the ocean for dining or lounging
* Beautiful fitted kitchen open to the terrace and the living room
* A room with living room and dining room
* A relaxation area on the mezzanine with television
* 3 air-conditioned bedrooms
* WIRELESS
* Linens included in the rental
* 2 parking spaces in front of the villa
Here, we have thought of everything for your stay (coffee machine, tea, internet, small library, deckchairs, and a basket of local fruits for your arrival) so that you can feel at home, in an exotic setting.
The villa backs onto the Morne Larcher, better known as "The Reclining Woman", which can be climbed on foot.
At 5 minutes by car you reach viewpoints allowing you to enjoy the idyllic setting and a sumptuous view of the jewel that represents the "Diamond Rock" (which is in fact the imprint of the magmatic chamber of a volcano disappeared several millennia ago ...), today transformed into a nature reserve where thousands of birds come every year. You can observe them at the naturalist museum located in the village of Diamant.

From the moment we arrived at this immaculate villa till the moment we knew we had to leave, Villa Butterfly was an ideal home away from home. The kitchen has everything you’ll need, and then some (we were thrilled there was a salad spinner). The veranda, overlooking the beach at La Diamant, was a perfect place to eat and simply hang out during the day and bask in the warmth and welcome of Martinique. It is conveniently located with shopping and other tourist sites not far from the villa. The beach below the house is never crowded; it’s as if you have your own private beach. The two restaurants below the house are a few steps away, and both offer delicious meals for lunch and dinner. We spent four weeks there this year, our second time at the villa, and didn’t want to leave. We’ll be spending five weeks there next year, and we can’t wait. Thank you Sybille!!!

This was the most amazing place to stay for our honeymoon! The house is cute, clean, and just a few stairs from the beach. There are also two restaurants directly below the house that are both great! The view is wonderful to wake up to and the house stays cool with constant breeze off of the ocean. The location is great, you can drive up to the north east or down to the south west of the island easily and explore many beaches and towns. We loved experiencing Martinique and are so glad we stayed here! Thanks Sybille!!
