About this riad rental
Ideally located near the 4 most beautiful golf courses and the city center, in a gated and secure residence, my house of 240 m2, recent, combining the typical Moroccan tradition marrakchie with modern comfort, is located in the heart of a quiet olive grove preserved.
Luxury villa type Riad, comfortable, including washing machine and dishwasher, television, reverse air conditioning, fireplace, internet, linens (sheets towels bath and pool ... Provided), housekeeper available, tourist taxes and charges included.
- 4 independent bedrooms Each room has its own private bathroom with shower and toilet
- Large living-dining room TV - a guest toilet
- Fitted kitchen
- Large solarium terrace with panoramic views of the beautiful Atlas Mountains.
- Patio with fountain overlooking the olive grove
- household provided daily for a period of less than 2 weeks. Beyond 2 weeks the tenant takes care of the housekeeper. On request, the cook can cook your meals. She will treat you as you prepare Moroccan specialties (tagines, couscous, etc.) that will be served at your convenience in the patio or dining room.
Supermarket (former Atacadão METRO), 4 km from the residence. Bakery, small grocery stores, fruit and vegetable pharmacy nearby.
A bus made a stop at 50 m in front of the residence, and takes you to Marrakech.
The 25m swimming pool with children's pool, as well as a petanque field are located in this lush park, planted with palm trees, rose bushes, olive trees, bougainvilleas ....
The communal swimming pool is accessible to all residents. The Riad villas do not have enclosures but the quietness is preserved because the grassy and raised spaces around the 4 villas avoid promiscuity.
This 2-hectare guarded family home is very quiet and rarely occupied.
After the excitement of the city, visit the souks or a round of golf, you will enjoy moments of relaxation by the pool or under the olive trees in the serenity of the countryside.

Beau séjour en famille dans une magnifique propriété. Propriétaire très sympathique et disponible..
Très belle et grande piscine. Endroit calme et reposant. Personnel très sympathique et disponible. Merci à Soumia pour ces bons petits plats. Merci à Mohamed notre chauffeur qui nous a fait découvrir ce magnifique pays. Très bon séjour dans un pays accueillant, avec des gens toujours souriants, bien différent du notre.
Je recommande particulièrement cette propriété.

Nous avons passé avec nos amis et nos enfants un excellent séjour. La maison est conforme au descriptif, la résidence est très agréable et la piscine digne d un hôtel. Jocelyne est hôte très accueillante et Soumia qui s occupe de la maison est d une grande gentillesse. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Nous avons passé un week-end fantastique pour fêter les 40 ans d'une ami avec 3 4 couples d'amis. C'est un cadre paradisiaque tout en étant très proche de Marrakesh. La résidence est d'une propreté exemplaire. Tout est réglé jusqu'au derniers détails. Il y a une domestique à disposition qui prépare les meilleures spécialités locales: les petits déjeuners avec crêpes, thé à la menthe, le meilleur couscous que j'ai jamais mangé, la harira pour n'en citer que quelques. Je garderai à jamais les souvenirs gravés dans ma mémoire de ce super week-end. Merci Elvire et Jean-Pierre pour cet accueil, sans oublier Fatima pour nous préparer tous ces délices!
