This is a beautiful house in a fantastic location. The views from every window are breathtaking. It's the perfect distance from Annecy so you're not in amongst the crowds of people, but close enough to reach it easily. The area is great for hiking and lake activities. If you're looking for a large home for a group of up to 12, I highly recommend this property. Thank you Nicholas for a fantastic stay.

Beautiful chalet, quirky and comfortable. Views of the mountains and paragliders. We enjoyed cooking for our big family group in the well equipped kitchen. Excellent base for exploring Annecy area- short drive or bus ride to Talloires and Anjon where we enjoyed swimming, sailing and kayaking on the turquoise lake. The road was a little more busy/ noisy than I had expected but it didn't matter as we didn't notice it indoors and plenty of quiet spaces in the garden. Pizzeria 2 minutes walk! Annecy town is beautiful, and pleasantly busy. One of the nicest family holidays we have had- due to the area but also this gorgeous chalet thankyou.

This is a really lovely and comfortable house, super comfortable with excellent space to enjoy inside and outside and very nice design. We had such a good time together (two families with kids and a dog) very close to shops and Talloires for access to the lake. Nicolas is very helpful and kind. We would come back any time and recommend this to anyone. We enjoyed the lake so much, kayaking, Pedalo, swimming, water ski, walking in the woods, visiting annecy as well as ping pong and the jacuzzi in the garden. We slept so well in the comfortable beds and black out blinds. Superb location. Thank you

We spent 2 weeks here with 11 of us ranging from 6 to 50 years old. We loved the bus stop being right outside the house especially for the teenagers having freedom to explore. The house is beautiful with mountain views and watching all the paragliders. We spent most our time at the lake either in Menthon St Bernard or Talloires both by bus. There is so much to do and we did it all! Wakeboarding, paddle boarding, cycling, wild swimming, paragliding and shopping. Check in was easy and Nicholas was available for any questions throughout. The hot tub was a bonus for those rainy days during some summer storms. It’s one of our absolute favourite holidays we’ve had so far.

Nicolas Home had everything we needed he made us feel very welcome and gave us ideas of were too go. Our kids were happy as we had snow and were able to build there first snowman. Chalet spacieux extrêmement agréable à vivre , idéal pour plusieurs couples d'amis ou une grande famille. Le jardin a une superbe vue sur les montagnes environnantes . Le propriétaire est charmant , à l'écoute , extrêmement réactif en cas de problème . La région d'Annecy est magnifique et ne manque pas de ressources . J'ai passé un excellent weekend dans ce chalet. La communication avec l'hôte a été très facile pour préparer au mieux le weekend. Le châlet est très agréable et accueille facilement une dizaine de personnes pour profiter d'un cadre très agréable en lac et montagnes. Merci également au propriétaire de nous avoir mis à disposition le jacuzzi :)

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine avec nos amis. Nous étions 6 adultes et 4 enfants en bas âges, et nous avions toute la place nécessaire. Le chalet est magnifique, et le cadre superbe. Les plages à proximité sont très belles et adaptées aux enfants (plage de Talloires notamment). Nous recommandons!

Chalet en bois très sympa, spacieux et fonctionnel. On était 6 adultes et 6 enfants. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et disponible. Literie de bonne qualité. Bien situé entre Menthon et Talloires. Adresse à retenir si on revient dans la région. Ptit bonjour au passage à Nico le propriétaire🤚

Nous étions 11 filles à souhaiter vouloir passer une soirée cosi au coin du feu, dans un lieu de charme d'un certain standing et c'est exactement ce que nous avons trouvé dans cette belle maison. Le séjour est spacieux avec un magnifique coin cheminée. Chambres confortables. Maison chaleureuse idéalement située entre montagnes et lac à 20 minutes de la ville d'Annecy. Propriétaire sérieux, accueillant et sympatique.

Really lovely house in a great location

We used this lovely place as a base for a two week family holiday along with friends who came and went at different times. It worked really well for us as a house, with a real wow-factor. The living accommodation is open plan but the room layout on three floors also allows for privacy when desired. The owner, Nicolas, was delightful to deal with, and was attentive without being intrusive. Nothing was too much trouble, and he is a relaxed owner who clearly wants his guests to enjoy the house. The area is stunningly beautiful, with the full range of lake and mountain pursuits available. We could happily have spent another two weeks there and would still have had a long list of fun things left to do. If we plan another large family holiday, this house would be a tough benchmark to beat, and we probably wouldn't even bother, but book up as soon as possible instead!

Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine de vacances dans cette grande maison de standing, confortable et familiale. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'accueil et le sérieux du propriétaire. La maison est très bien située (très proche du Lac et des commodités), nous y reviendrons, c'est certain ! Merci encore une fois de nous faire profiter d'un tel endroit, nos enfants s'y sont très bien sentis et ont bien profité du jardin.

Nous avons passé une bonne semaine en famille du 18 juillet au 25 juillet 2015. La maison est spacieuse, bien équipée et très agréable à vivre. Le propriétaire est très attentionné et nous a donné de nombreuses idées d’activité aux alentours. Si nous revenons passer une semaine à Annecy, nous relouerons volontiers.

Nous sommes ravis d'un tel lieu, cette maison est tout simplement magnifique nous y avons reçu nos amis et famille pour notre mariage; elle à ravi tout le monde. Avec ses 5 chambres ultra confortables et son grand espace à vivre elle était parfaite. le cadre enchanteur pour des sportifs comme nous.
