About this apartment rental
Furnished studio 30m² + mezzanine on the ground floor of a mansion with a garden of 50 m² for 2-3 people.
the studio, very openwork includes: fitted kitchenette, bathroom / WC with walk-in shower, dining area and living room with a sofa bed for 2. A mezzanine with sleeping 140cm.
TV, wifi, wardrobes, garden table, chairs.
The studio is located 5 minutes walk from the SNCF train station and the Poets Park, 10 minutes from the Paul Riquet and the historic center with the Cathedral. You can visit Béziers on foot, strolling on the banks of the Canal du Midi and visit the locks on foot (10 min). The shopping center of the polygon with his bowling, restaurants, a cinema and shopping is also nearby (10 mins).
There are bus stops and opportunities for easy parking nearby. Rental car near the apartment: Hertz and Avis Ada. Furthermore a shuttle from the airport Beziers Cap d'Agde dessert every day the railway station of Beziers.
The sea is about 10 km, the hinterland offers opportunities for hiking and magnificent abbeys to visit. Do not forget the vineyards and the Feria de Béziers (around August 15th each year).

The accommodation is in a beautiful building as advertised. We had everything we needed and Michele was a very helpful and welcoming host. Ideally situated to explore the area by train, bus, bike, boat and foot. The area had much to offer and we had a great stay.

We had a most enjoyable stay. Although we had been warned a couple of weeks beforehand that the house facade would be covered in scaffolding and was being renovated, Michele kindly offered us the apartment on the next floor up instead. This was larger and had the advantage of air conditioning (much needed on some days!), although it still had scaffolding and workmen outside the main window. This worked fine for us.
The adjacent area of town is rather run down, but its big advantage is that the station is only a few minutes walk away, with trains travelling in a variety of directions. Beziers itself is fascinating and very ancient, and there are many interesting and beautiful places to visit within an easy train ride.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Michèle’s apartment. We were greeted personally at the door. The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable. Michèle even provided us with some cold drinks in the fridge. The location was very convenient, with the train station, some buses and a shopping mall within walking distance. The neighbourhood is also very colourful, with bakeries, simple restaurants and small fruit and vegetable stores nearby. It’s an easy walk to the centre of Béziers. We felt very safe as well. Highly recommend!

Le studio se situe dans un quartier populaire, calme et à 5min à pied du centre ville. Il y'a tous ce qu'il faut dans le studio. Le seul bémol c'est que le plafon de la mezzanine est trop bas,on s'y déplacer à 4 pattes et risque de chute avec l'échelle pour y accéder.
