About this house rental

This lovely holiday home awaits you for a stay with family or friends. In a quiet and close to the beaches (80m), the house is surrounded by a garden of 650 sqm.
Completely renovated and fully equipped, the house offers 6 beds.

Ground floor: entrance hall, large open space with fitted kitchen (fridge-freezer, pyrolysis oven, hob, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, washing machine and tumble-line), dining room, living room (TV large flat screen TV, DVD player, stereo) with a stove to enjoy the winter evenings, terrace, a room with bed 140 cm.
On the floor, you discover, a mezzanine equipped with a table football, a room with a bed 160cm, a room with nice sea view with 2 beds 90cm, a bathroom with tub and shower from where you will benefit from a magnificent sea view also.
Garden furniture and BBQ are at your disposal. Likewise, 2 adult bikes and 2 children bikes are available as well as beach games.
For winter evenings or rainy days children's games are available as well as DVD.
Whether to enjoy the sun of Brittany, the show espoustouflant winter storms or Breton cuisine in every season, the house is ideal to discover or rediscover our beautiful region. Beach and hiking trails await you. The port and the first services are only 1.5 km away.

For each of the beds, duvets and pillows are available. The linen (sheets and terry towels) can be rented on request. Similarly, the provision of cleaning at end of stay can be requested at booking.

Please note that the house is rented for Saturday to Saturday for a minimum stay of 7 nights. Arrivals are from 17h and departure before 10h.
Rentals are only in whole weeks for the months of July and August.

Warning: We have a little cat that accompanies us on vacation. Although the house is the subject of the greatest care, it could cause an inconvenience to people with allergies wishing to stay in our house.

Bei der Ankunft wurden wir sehr freundlich begrüßt und erwarteten uns bereits bretonisches Gebäck und Cidre! Insgesamt haben wir (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder, 7 und 9 J) zwei wundervolle Wochen in diesem Haus verbracht. Die Kinder haben sich sehr über das vorhandene Spielzeug gefreut, erste Lese-Versuche im französischen Asterix-Band unternommen und im Garten gespielt und auch ein Kicker-Match gehörte natürlich dazu! Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet. Es fehlt wirklich an nichts! Vom Badezimmer und Kinderzimmer hat man einen tollen Blick auf die Bucht. Nach wenigen Schritten erreicht man bereits den Strand oder auch den Wanderweg. So konnten wir jeden Abend den Sonnenuntergang beobachten. Sehr schön ist ebenfalls der Strand „Plage des trois moutons“, der sehr weitläufig ist und aufgrund der geringen Steigung perfekt für Kinder zum Baden geeignet ist. Insgesamt hatten wir eine großartige Zeit und werden sicher einmal zurückkommen! Vielen Dank für alles!

Rien n'a manqué, maison très bien entretenu, tout est disponible pour passer une super séjour. Les enfants ont pu apprendre à faire du vélos. Les balades en bords de mer sont super. Je vous recommande la visite du phare St Mathieu et de l'île d'ouessant.

Location idéalement placée à 100m de la plage. Propriétaires très réactifs. La location contient tout ce qu'il faut :les enfants ont adoré les tours de vélo le long de la côte, le baby foot, les livres mis à disposition. Le logement est idéalement placé à 100m de la plage.

Für uns war das Ferienhaus perfekt, um uns zu erholen und die wunderschöne Natur zu genießen. Das Haus ist liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Alles war sehr sauber. Die in der Beschreibung gezeigten Bilder haben genau dem entsprochen, was wir vorgefunden haben. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Man ist gleich am Strand. Wir haben uns als Familie dort sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Ferienhaus nur weiterempfehlen.

Nach einem sehr freundlichen Empfang (sogar mit Leckereien) zogen wir in ein Ferienhaus, dass alles hat, was man braucht, um einen schönen, erholsamen Urlaub zu verbringen-auch, wenn das Wetter mal nicht mitspielt. Einzig in der Küche waren für unseren Geschmack etwas zu viele Aufbewahrungsdosen und dadurch ein bisschen zu wenig Platz für unsere eigenen Vorräte. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet. Ein Problem mit unserer Bettwäsche (bei Ankunft stellten wir fest, dass unsere Bettwäsche viel zu klein war, da 260x240 benötigt wird) wurde auf Nachfrage sofort behoben, indem man uns Passende aushändigte. Also :ein tolles Haus, tolle Gegend und sehr nette Vermieter!

Im Juni 2019 waren wir als Ehepaar zwei Wochen zu Gast. Dieses Ferienhaus können wir uneingeschränkt empfehlen! Sehr freundliche Begrüßung und Einweisung durch die Eltern von Frau Lonchampt. Es gab einen Kuchen (sehr lecker!) und eine Flasche Cidre als Willkommensgeschenk. Das Ferienhaus ist bestens eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Alles was nur irgendwie gebraucht würde ist vorhanden, teilweise sogar mehrfach. Gute Matratzen, helles Bad. Schöner Wohn/Essbereich mit bequemen Sitzmöbeln. Parktische Kücheneinrichtung und und und........... Besonders gefallen hat uns die umfangreiche Sammlung von Musik-CD´s (ca. 350 Stück!). Großer Garten mit bequemen Sitzmöbeln und Liegen. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig in einer Seitenstraße, vom Verkehr hört man nichts. Zum Meer sind es gerade mal 50m. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 5km entfernten Ploudalmézeau. Empfehlung: Supermarkt Leclerc mit preiswerter Tankstelle und Lidl-Markt ca. 200m weiter. Wer einen ruhigen Urlaub abseits vom Touristenrummel geniessen möchte ist hier bestens aufgehoben.

Wir können unseren Aufenthalt dort durchweg nur positiv bewerten. Das Haus ist liebevoll und modern eingerichtet. Die Matratzen sind sehr bequem. Wir hatten wie immer gutes Wetter im Mai Der Strand ist nur drei Grundstücke entfernt und man hat fußläufig viele schöne Strände zur Auswahl. Zur Begrüßung gab es köstlichen Cidre und einen süßen Puddingauflauf. Die Eltern von Corinne Lonchampt sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Alles in allem Perfekt.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour tant au niveau de la maison que de la région. Il n'est sans nulle doute que la Bretagne fait partie d'une des plus belle région de France (si ce n'est la plus belle pour les locaux ;-)), tout y est, gastronomie, paysages à couper le souffle,...! La maison dans laquelle nous avons séjourné est très fonctionnelle, il ne nous a manqué absolument de rien, et d'une très grande propreté! Vraiment et de tout coeur je recommande cette maison que ce soit pour une famille ou pour un couple. Et enfin last but not least, je remercie Mme Bouzéloc pour son acceuil chaleureux ainsi que la petite attention qui n'attendait qu'à être dégustée.

Die bisherigen sehr guten Bewertungen können wir uneingeschränkt bestätigen. Das Haus ist sehr komfortabel und komplett eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Corinne und ihren Eltern ist es sehr wichtig, dass ihre Gäste sich wohl fühlen. Sie sind jederzeit erreichbar und kümmern sich sofort um ein Anliegen. Selbst ein TV-Problem wurde innerhalb eines Tages gelöst - vielen Dank nochmals an alle :-). Die Gegend um Ploudalmézeau lädt zu schönen Ausflügen und langen Spaziergängen bzw. Wanderungen ein. Im Haus gibt es auch viele Unterlagen, die auf interessante Orte und Gebiete hinweisen. Lesen lohnt sich. Wer Ruhe sucht, ist hier absolut richtig. Es waren zwei wunderschöne Wochen und wir hatten auch im September noch perfektes Wetter.

Liebe Familie Lonchampt, wir bedanken uns für eine sehr erholsame Woche in Ihrem wunderschönen Haus am Meer. Das Haus war sehr, sehr sauber und perfekt ausgestattet. Die Lage ist toll, da man in weniger als zwei Minuten zu Fuß am Meer ist. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir sehr nett begrüßt und im Kühlschrank standen zur Begrüßung zwei Spezialitäten aus der Bretagne für Uns: ein Kuchen und eine Flasche Cidre: das war ein sehr freundlicher Willkommensgruß. Das Haus selbst bot für uns als Familie jeden Komfort, so dass man selbst einen Regentag, den wir nicht hatten, gemütlich hätte verbringen können. Der Garten ist groß und mit schönen Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten ausgestattet. Wir können diese Vermieter und ihr Haus aus voller Überzeugung empfehlen und kommen auch selbst gerne wieder! The house was very, very clean and perfectly equipped. The location is great as you can reach the sea in less than two minutes on foot. On our arrival we were greeted very nicely and two specialities from Brittany stood in the fridge to greet us: a cake and a bottle of cider: that was a very friendly welcome. The house itself offered us as a family every comfort, so that even a rainy day, which we did not have, could have spent comfortably. The garden is large and equipped with beautiful sitting and lying facilities. We can recommend these landlords and their house from full conviction and also come back with pleasure! Wir hatten wunderbare Ferien in diesem sehr persönlich eingerichtetem Haus. Es liegt nur ca 50-100m vom Strand, in 2.Reihe. Es gibt 3Schlafzimmer, eins davon mit 2getrennten Betten, 1 modernes Bad, und zusätzlich ein WC im Erdgeschoß. Die Küche ist mit allen Küchenutensilien ausgestattet, die man jemals zum Kochen oder Backen brauchen könnte. Und die Terrasse ist neu und mit Tisch/Stühlen/Liegen versehen. Es gibt Wifi, einen großen TV, auch mit deutschen Sendern und eine CD-Sammlung. Also alles da was man sich wünschen kann. Corinne ist eine sehr aufmerksame Vermieterin, die schnell per email erreichbar ist und super englisch spricht. Betreut wird das Haus durch Corinnes Eltern, ein sehr nettes Paar, das ebenfalls englisch spricht, falls man dies benötigt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

We loved it!

We loved it!

We were nicely welcomed with home-made cake and cider! The house has everything you could ask for - and even more! It is very clean, cosy and is perfect to 'chill out' before it stops raining and you can walk again to fantastic bays and beaches nearby. We also loved the village 'Portsall' that has a baker's, three pubs, three restaurants, one shop and a small supermarket. We had a great Holiday! We thank the owners who let us enjoy their home! PS: Their DVD's are in French and...English :)
