Discover the coastal charm in this lovely fisherman\'s house, nestled just a stone\'s throw from the sea. As soon as you cross the threshold, you are welcomed by a cosy living room, with a fireplace that creates a warm atmosphere, perfect for memorable evenings with family or friends.
The open and equipped kitchen offers a functional space where you can easily prepare delicious meals. On the ground floor, a comfortable bedroom with two single beds and an adjoining bathroom with toilet, offering convenient accessibility.
Upstairs, two elegant bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed of 160 x 200, promise peaceful nights of sleep. One of them offers a work area, ideal for remote work.
Ideal for children or the dog, the house has a large garden, conducive to relaxation and outdoor meals. The garden also has the particularity of having a very old seaweed oven.
Ideally located, this fisherman\'s house offers you almost immediate access to the beach, inviting you to invigorating walks along the ocean. You just have to leave the property, cross the road and you are directly on the dunes.
Less than 30 minutes away, you can discover the most touristy places in the Pays des Abers and the Pays d\'Iroise: go and discover the islands of Ouessant or Molène from the lively and picturesque port of Le Conquet (departure also possible from Lanildut), discover the 3 Abers and their magnificent landscapes, go for a walk on the wild coast or discover the lighthouse of the Ile Vierge, visit the Pointe Saint Matthieu, the Kergroadès castle, or the maritime museum in Brest. For art lovers: La Passerelle in Brest, the Leclerc Foundation in Landerneau, the Brest Museum of Fine Arts....
