About this villa rental
Our luxury villa of 150m2 with terrace is located 5 minutes walk from the beach Boucan Canot (secured beach with safety net).
Made with noble materials such as wood and stone, this villa has been designed for the avid holidaymaker of well-being and change of scenery.
It is accessed by pushing an imposing carved door of Java, behind which there is a living room kitchen loft of 49m2; felted colors such as white and gray travertine on the floor give the room a soothing atmosphere.
The house is resolutely modern but has kept the authentic Creole soul because the house opens on the outside.
The exotic wooden deck leads to a natural stone swimming pool from which flows a small waterfall that adjoins the tropical garden.
Opposite, we discover an open bathroom in a small green setting.
Upstairs, the atmosphere is warmer with the frame and its solid wood floor; the two air conditioned double rooms of 17m2 are each equipped with a private bathroom and the view from their terrace is impregnable.
The villa is classified quality tourism charm. On the island only 2 villas have this prestigious label.

Calme, confortable et décorée avec goût. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la piscine, son environnement naturel et le perroquet "Coco".

Villa sublime aux prestations haut de gamme dans un écrin de verdure. Des hôtes charmants qui nous ont reçu par un accueil très chaleureux. La salle de douche extérieure un véritable plaisir.👍👏

Tout a été parfait, de l'arrivée au départ.
L'accueil personnalisé, les attentions telles que les fleurs dans chaque pièce, la petite marmite de samoussas... La gentillesse de nos hôtes qui nous font nous sentir comme des invités et non comme des clients.
Le soin apporté aux matériaux, la décoration , le magnifique jardin et sa petite piscine, tout est raffiné. C'est un havre de paix qu'on a du mal à quitté.
Merci à Yann et a sa charmante épouse qui participent à ce que ce séjour soit inoubliable!
